could you give me a more detailed instruction on how to enable 50m circle on minimap? 

I am lookin in the folder xvm/configs, and I could only find a file called minimap, no "xvm minimap". where do I go from there? thanks!

You don't have to look at any configs... Here check this box when installing:

I did. but somehow it does not show. this is my minimap. I think its the color of the circle that blends into the map too much? is there a way to edit the color?

Nice mod pack. I can see some of the stuff would be very helpful however other things concern me. I am sure that you pack adheres to the letting of the law as far as what is legal to run, but I don't think it fits in the spirit of the law. Things like removing smoke, fire and fog, that you clam is to improve your FPS could be seen as cheating by those of us who have to look throw the smoke to shot you. The zoom mods as well could be seen as an unfair advantage to a tank that does not have it.

 

 

In fact your mod helps show just how cheating happens in this game. There aren't any true hacks of this game, that I know of, but these mods can be taken even further then you show. Mods that not only let you see through smoke, but hills and buildings as well. All of the data is in each computer, its the mods that change who gets to see what and use it.

 

I am not saying that this mod is a cheat mod, but it comes as close as you can to being one and having WG let you keep it and is there for why WG should ban all mods. If the idea is good for the game then put it in an update not hiden away in some ones mod.

let WG be the judge of what's illegal what's legal. Taking your argument to the next level, you can claim any mod is a hack. Things like minimap mods provides advantage to their users as well and is not considered cheating.

Sorry... I didn't really understand right away. 

 

Here this is what you do: 

 

Go into your XVM Configs, open minimapcircles.xc, press "CTRL + F", and paste this:

            { "enabled": false, "distance": 50,          "scale": 1, "thickness": 0.75, "alpha": 60, "color": "0xFFFFFF" },

 

Notepad will find the code right away... 

 

Change the "false" to "true" so it looked like this: 

 

// Дополнительные круги:
            { "enabled": true, "distance": 50,          "scale": 1, "thickness": 0.75, "alpha": 60, "color": "0xFFFFFF" },

 

This should enable the 50m circle :)

Its not whether or not I like it. I think it is great, a real help to all those who use it. I am sure RUSS's special relationship with WG has nothing to do with why this mod is legal and yet others that do the same thing are not legal. If I were your friend in real life... I would totally be that one guy who would install some kind of application on your computer, that would install the mods to your World Of Tanks folder - every time you start up your PC :)

Not sure whats going on, but one of the maps I got a black wall/sky.  And the counter reload is not working.

Just ask'en.  My Norton's is saying not to open.  You know of any viruses that me be embedded in your mod?  It looks good and seems to be getting a lot of rave reviews, but I listen to my Norton's.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I am NOT making any accusations, just asking if you have heard of anything.  Norton can be over cautious.  No one is complaining so I would think it is safe.

DUH...now my lame question. In the "NOTIFCATIONS" area, the stats renew/reset every evening. I have searched the XVM site (and maybe I have over looked it) but is there a way to manually reset one's stats instead of it resetting automatically?
