The difficulty is this: You will have to have friends aid you in your alt accounts, as any account you make would have to platoon with your original account to get the points required for the Tank reward.

And they have to play well, too.   So, perhaps this is a way to prevent the alt account syndrome a few here think will happen.

So if I'm reading the article correctly, one of the two events must occur for a recruiter to get a T95E2:

1.) A new recruit (never played the game before) gets to tier10 and buys said tier10.

2.) A new OR returning recruit fulfills the above conditions (win battle, both players place in top 10) and earns 1,000,000 exp.

Personally, both of these feel like overkill. My main concern though is that the article makes no mention of the recruit getting a T95E2. It appears that only the recruiter gets one, and that seems pretty unfair.

Basically your tell me, I should tell the majority of my platoon mates to stop playing WoT for 60 days... then to re-joining playing this game after a long break and re-invite each other?

Seems to be bizarre promotion tactic to push current players who's own strategy has been to play 15 to 30 daily doubles a day for 30+ tanks... to leaving this game, possibly for good.  Sixty days to try out new things to do, Sixty days to gain different habits & goals.

Overall dislike this promotional strategy.  Let alone with doing it with an American higher tier premium tank.

Just other biased promotion, to push non-prime time players to ditching this game.

  1. Tournaments schedules at bad times
  2. Clan Wars schedules at bad times
  3. Wargaming NA marketing department then created a 'gold bubble' for prime time players, which creates a systematic disadvantages for non-prime time players.  Why should non-prime time players support this biased gold payout system anymore?

How about the friends I introduced to this long ago?

I mean, Canadian_Mano sure has put a lot of time and money into this game...

*ahem* You're Welcome.

You will have a maximum of 10 invitations available at any one time. Invites are only regained once a player accepts or declines your invite.

I've just sent 2 invites to former players. The page now says I'm having 3 invites left. Are the invites divided by 5 invites for 'new players' and 5 for 'former players'?

Fastest/Easiest are E100, and IS7 IMO, there is some 'science' to suggest these two plus two other, but I forget what the other two are. (seems to me WTE was one)

This better not be the only way to get the reward tank, because I already got pretty much everyone I know in the game years ago.

Some have gone inactive since then, but even if I get them back I still wouldn't get the reward tank from what you said.

I'm afraid of this becoming another M60 fiasco, where a highly sought after tank becomes super exclusive due to only a very small percentage of players being realistically able to complete the mission. Though at least sockpuppets could be a workaround here, but that solution isn't actually helping anyone in the long run.

Great idea, however you always have the issue of alternate accounts. Judging by your current system of punishing users with alternate accounts  you only detect them when the issue is brought up via tickets. Many users still ditch their old accounts for new accounts (rerolls) and I have not seen you crack down on any of those who use the forum.

Finally, is it possible for users like me who have not played for 60 days to refer themselves?
