Stuck on TEAM battle and same server since yesterday (Patch release)

15 Hours later Im still stuck on same issue. Can't play at all. II subumitted a ticket to Support and no answer at all

 

NO MODS,

 

I was playing new ranked team battle and left team battle and now I can't play any mode because it says Im still on a team battle which I left. I can connect to east server anytime but have and error.I tried to log in into West server but it says: You are still logged in on another server. Server "US West" error, session on another server incomplete. Wait until the client connects to the game automatically. 

 I left the game running to see if its connects to west server and nothing. Still spinning. Stuck on East server with error:
Error Joining the battle: you already have already joined a team.
Can't even create a platoon

 

If I go to team battle it says my ACCOUNT IS LOCKED and cant join either

Just adding in, hopefully this will get attention.

 

Same thing going on with members in my clan.

 

Some guys got out after about 20 mins, one fella still stuck permanently.

 

Please WG . . . HELP!

 

Yes, my clanmate opened a ticket.

Talk to support no one on the forums can do anything. Even a mod will either tell you to send in a ticket or forward it to support.

stuck also, in game now for 1/2 hr now on team battles ranked..i'm playing as legionare

few of my team members barked at the active mod(cerrine) in general chat and got chat banned for it.

either ur new team battle mode has bugs or the server needs to be rebooted fast, cause alot of players on the teams also play in tournaments this weekend and don't want to be game stuck or account stuck til it's fixed.

ok posted an informed ticket myself requesting either team server reboot or take it offline to fix bugs then reboot.

i also explained that alot of ppl stuck are in tournaments this weekend, including myself.

typo fix - current general chat moderator name is cerrine

Currently stuck in a Team Battle, Can't Ready, can't close, rebooted, waited and still stuck. I can imagine an interesting conversation when I go to the Grand Finals event in Oakland tomorrow! In the meantime, shut out of the game and losing ops for X3. Will punch an additional ticket.

Error message is: "Team is in que or in search results".

I disconnected from EAST, and after a lot of loading, I'm in the West and playing a random battle.

Good for you man. I've been trying to do the same thing for almost 2 days now and no result. Its been almost 48 hours, no response from support and still stuck on east side server(Team Battles)

I had this same problem, but I logged out for 30 minutes, came back, and I was out.

Same thing here had to stop paying last night and even after server reboot my acct is still stuck

60 Hours later i'M still stuck with same issue and finally got a response from support (ticket). They are working on the issue. haven't been able to do my tournament. clan wars and no 3x for me on this weekend. Been playing CT and battlefield hardline not to rage anymore. They can forget about me spending a dollar again.
