Team of us are stuck in game waiting for match with no timer or anything.. Help ?

2 days later and still stuck on Team Battles and East server. Not even 1 response from support team.

FWIW, this is still happening and now a bunch of us are trapped in queue. At least my team mates have a good attitude about it.
