Fog remover is usually the opposite of graphics intensive. Basicly, you just kinda have to shuffle around until you find what sounds like what you want to remove. Unfortunately, it's a lot harder for me to keep track of it all these days. The zoom thing is a file called zoomx, which I think is in your 9.8.1 folder.

Fog remover should be somewhere in the gui folder, I think.

To convert the win rate to wn8, if you don't know how to exit xvm flags, you'll want to just grab someone else's xvm config, which you can slap into place easily enough. You can pick and choose which parts of my config are better, and which parts of their config are better, but what you're after is probably PlayersPanel and everything that starts with Markers.

Thanks King,

I will have to look thru the folders better, I swear I didnt see any playerspanel/markers xvm-specific files in my first pass.

That's in your XVM config files, which are located at configs > xvm > default

King Alphyn is still my hero no matter how many holes were dug in the yard, yellow spots in the yard, piles of steaming ick left behind in the yard, or couches/shoes/pillows/curtains/etc shredded in the name of Dog, our Lord and Saviour.

Upvoted (sorry always forget about that) and thank you.  Was wondering though, is there any way i could make it so the destroyed tanks look like they used to?

To remove the white dead tanks, just delete the Vehicles folder.  You can remove the white dead railcars by deleting the Content/Railway folder.

One of the first things I do, because one of my consolations is admiring how cool my dead tank looks...

Sorry guys... I think I'm gonna have to sit 9.9 out. I'm barely playing the game at all right now, and just can't seem to muster up the desire to do so enough to complete the pack.

yeah, it must be frustrating, trying to keep up with all the changes...and changes that seem to bring more problems than fixes.  I'm really getting gloomy about playing too...I've been an active player for more than a year, and the percentage of blowout matches just keep climbing higher and higher..honestly, its only a little more fun that being on the winning side of a blowout, than a losing side.  I got one of the questionnaires from war gaming..told them that I could no longer recommend the game to friends, because of cheats, behavior of stat-holes, and the blowout games.

WOT seems to have sorted out pretty well what is unintentional team damage...but they need to [edited]-slap the bejesus out of anyone who does intentional damage..up to and including losing the tank and garage slot, IMO.  THere is almost no effort at team play anymore, and there should be a serious change in scoring, to reflect that...for instance, failure to engage in the first half of the battle (stat padder favorite tactic), should result in only half credit for damage.

yah, I know,,this has nothing to do with the modpack...just venting as to what state the game has become.   King, I think you did the best job of making a legal, useful mod pack, and I do hope that you can do another one, at some point.  My offer stands, on helping you test out your work..I have what could be called a fairly typical mainstream gaming computer...win7 pro,i7, 16G memory, SSD with windows/games installed there, AMD R290 graphics card...and it is STABLE..thus, the value of a test setup.  I'm also smart enough to backup my res, and resmods folders, in a vanilla state, to always be able to get back to playable game, in case of ooooppps things.
