Not too long ago I got a Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000 usb microphone headset.  It works fine for everything else and if I unplug the headset, I have no problems with World of Tanks.  But if I try to use them together, sometimes I get poor audio quality, sometimes the audio cuts out for seconds at a time, and sometimes World of Tanks crashes.  A few times WoT has crashed 5 or 6 times in the space of one match!  I have the latest drivers for my sound card and the head set.  Is there anything I can do to use resolve this conflict, or is it a lost cause?

Maybe try to update your chipset drivers or plug the headset in a different USB port, preferabily a rear USB.
