SteelDevil quit the game when 7.0 came out. Thus the files, if you could find them would be 3 patches old and not all that useful.  I kind of wish that someone would lock this thread, as it is really out of date, yet gets necro'd all the time.

I occasionally add pieces from other skin packs to fill in the gaps and make a hybrid with 80% B&W with clown colors for the new tanks.

*Update: Found discrepancies in locations between the 7.2 and 7.3 update.
(the devs really do make tiny tweaks without mentioning it)
Currently using clown colors for 85% of my tanks and B&W for the few lower tier stuff that nobody has made a skin for.

I'd recommend someone remake the B&W from scratch or discontinue using these skins.

I downloaded a GW Tiger skin but cant see it in game
