Ok, so when I try to launch Wot it goes to a black scrren for a split second then closes and gives me the pop of...

The program can't start because voip.ddl is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Well that wont be happing due to the fact the normal download for WoT is so damn big that it uses to much of my data, yes I run WoT off of a 3g network and no I cant get somehere to download it.

Anyone know a way that this could be fixed? Any place I can go and download the file? Something?

not sure if just giving you the file will work but here's the one from my client, it's in a zip so you'll have to take it out and place it where ever your game files are

Attached File   Voip.dll.zip   20.55K

I believe you are clicking on a copy of the .exe file vs. a created shortcut of the .exe file. Try creating a shortcut of the file vs. just using a straight up copy of it.

I am having the same issue, I replaced my voip.dll with yours and it still gives me the same error message. :(

Worked for me too after i had tried downloading the game several times and replacing voip.exe. Not sure why this works but it does. Just created the shortcut, put it on the desktop and it worked.

Still getting "VOIP>DLL not found" when trying to see replays with 9.14 on a Windows 7 64 bit system. Any suggestions?
