That's how our chat is always lol.
Generally speaking the more successful clans have lots of flank callers. More info always = better calls for the caller. It sounds like chaos but I can understand whats happening through it all.

Its always like that.
One thing i noticed, when going from a pubbie clan to a proper CW clan, especially foxey, is the difference in comms. in my first clan, whenever we did CW it was the caller, then 14 soldiers and nothing else. The caller did all the talking, no one else said anything. You got shushed if you talked too much even if no one else was saying anything. When moving into actually competitive clans the calling is far different. Sure the caller calls, but you have the extra information. Flank calling, focus fire calling, people calling out what is happening as they see it. Even if uts fairly obvious, if you see something important calling it out to everyone is never a bad idea. Theres no downsides to it, while there is always the chance it wasnt seen by others.
Along with this, while it sounds chaotic listening to it like that, when in the game I, and probably many others from clans like this have developed the ability to tune out information I dont need from other parts of the map. If im in a medium group and there is a fight going on the other side of the map with the heavy group I am able to tune out all those calls, focus fire targets, etc and focus on what in doing, while at the same time if information I do need to hear is called I can pick it up, even if it was said by someone who was just yelling at the heavies to push into them on the other side of the map.
Its a skill that you learn when playing at this level, and its part of what makes a great team. Just having a bunch of good players together is all well and good, but if they arent a well coordinated team then its very possible for a statistically worse team to take them down. When im playing with foxey I know that I am able to trust the guy next to me, we know what we are doing and how we should be doing it.
Many people do just think that oh good players are lucky and win easily and blah blah blah, but there is a LOT of practice, thought, skill, and teamwork that actually goes into pulling these results.

I don't have much to add except for this: I was never a great caller but at one point I was all we had. My biggest wins almost invariably had another player either pointing out an opportunity or simply telling a person or group to do something. Without their input I would not have won said matches.
When the room is silent, everyone plays wooden, stilted, and are not only afraid of speaking up but also afraid of taking advantage of an opportunity. With better players than we have, a bit less coms chatter might be optimal, but what you see there is what works for us.
