That's because it's just an overweight Luchs. Every other tier V light tank is better.

It's a Luchs with honest to goodness gun handling; you can actually unload a clip at a half decent pace and not worry about the bloom.

so then

KV-220 is winner.

105 leFrench Hammer is 1% worse

The Ram2 is 1% worse than that.

... and 1% worse than that are ...

the next 6 tanks.

Seems like Balanced tanks can be fun! Without being carbon copies of each other.

Things Ive learned from this:

when given a choice in battle shoot the <Kv-220, the FrenchHammer, and the ram2> on sight; because the Balance must be maintained. And because Hetzers'  gotta hetz.

also, Tier 5 = +best!

other tiers are work

Tier 6 is for stronkholds

Tier 8 premiums for making $$$/xp

Tier 10 for spending $$$$ makingXP/ClanWarz.

I never recall seeing anyone praising the Crusader

I will praise the Crusader. 2 MOE on mine, less than 2 second reload, cammo on the move. Most players ignore you or underestimate you until its too late.

Revisited this tank from my poor beginner days,   and realized I didnt find its potential.

That's funny since the only rapid fire machine gun style cannon I've liked in all of my time playing IS the Luchs. The Leo, because it sees higher tiers with a lot more alpha more often than the Luchs, suffers greatly from this type of cannon. I would rather they gave it a 3-4 round single shot gun. Not to mention the health pools of the tanks that the Leo sees are far greater than the damage output of one clip. So much so that the only effective damage you can do is hit and run. The Luchs has the ability to one clip quite a few tanks it sees, and unless it's in the worst matchmaking possible (VII) it will only have to reload once in most cases. The Leo has to reload at LEAST once to fully take out a single tank, and you have to do it at point blank range just to keep from missing every other projectile.

On top of that it has very little utility as a scout anymore thanks to the lack of passive scouting spots. Sure you can actively scout with it if you're extremely careful/lucky. It's twice as big as the Luchs which means it's twice as easy to hit from long distance.

In 39 battles with the Leo I enjoyed a 62% winrate. It's a good tank, but literally every other tier V light tank does everything the Leo does better. The only category that the Leo wins is aim time, which is entirely negated by the type of gun it carries.

When it gets its well deserved Buff in 9.18 the swede tier 5  TD,  will take its rightful place among the tried and tested legends of T5.

(I hope)

I bought PZ III/IV on a whim because I was doing an on track event and figured the extra 2x would help.

Something about that tank fit my style.

I went on a spree where I didn't want to play any other tank.

I was grinding Leopard PTA and the playstyle was the same.

Scout Kemp Bush Shoot Scoot Rinse Repeat

T67's were a big problem because they could beat me in the vision game. I had to beat trick out quite a few good players with thousands of games in t67. I used all sorts of treachery and hooligan acts of speed.

I used binocs vents and rammer.

I retired pzIII/IV the game I noticed I had nine bands on barrel.

She sits in my garage. Crewless. Waiting for next in track event perhaps she fits in.

Sweet machine.

Shhhh!

Don't let out such secret.  Such good sleeper tank that much player hate because they don't understand the beauty of top gun.

The Tier 3 is an absolute Diamond. Just getting the hang of the tier 4 now, had three 1 shots in a game last night. Brought tears to the eyes of the victims. The loss that followed brought tears to mine.

I'm a Stug III G guy.  Love the tank, the gun, the camo- everything but the awful reverse speed.  What I like most about it is that it doesn't really matter if you're low-tier- you'll still be doing damage, still in the fight and working it until the very end.

KV-220 is a great tank, too, but in a tier-7 game?  First to to die.

Pz. IV (H), best tank in my garage. I like it even more than my M4 and T-34!

Well yet another yahoo letting his ignorance shine brightly, if you end up in a tier 7 game in a Kv 220 it's because you fail tooned. Please use you brain before posting useless drivel and flat out lies.

I like the Turin ...I mean the gun is really nice and you can smack people around and the reload is perfect.... but unless you know how to play it is unforgiving

Kv1 Is so user friendly it just screams new guys play me

I like playing the M7 and prefer the 75mm but of all the T5 tanks I've played the T-34 with the 57mm is the best consistant performer, gun is accurate and pens almost everything and armour bounces a lot of shots. With the M7 you really have to aim a lot with either gun and it's armour is a roll of the dice but it's speed, handling and view range make it a great scout/sniper.
