YOU NOW EARN CREDITS AND EXPERIENCE IN TOURNAMENT BATTLES and still DON'T PAY FOR VEHICLE REPAIRS!

The Stand-To is Wargaming’s new daily tournament (named after WWI’s daily face off against the enemy where soldiers were expected to stand ready on the trench fire step, preparing for attack). Now it’s your turn to roll into the fray. So gather your friends, grab your favorite tanks and defend your base. As a daily tournament, you can choose whether you want to Stand-To every day or only once in a while.

All active tournaments can be found by searching the Tournaments Home Page. Curious what's happening this month? Check out our eSports calendar!

Starting this week, a player now has two ways to register for the Stand-To tournaments! When you create the team, make sure that you are using the correct registration!

  • Register as a Team!
    • Registration works the same as normal.
    • Team captain makes a team and recruits players to join.
    • Once the team is complete (team has 4 - 5 players), the captain must submit the team for approval.
    • The team is now ready to fight once the tournament starts!
  • Register as a Solo player or as part of a Party!
    • Register as a Solo player
      • Create a team and submit it for approval.
      • After submission, the team will show as Pending Approval.
      • Once registration has closed, the player will be combined with other solo player(s) and/or a party to form a complete team.
    • Register as part of a Party
      • A party is a group of players that does not meet the minimum team size requirements.
      • For this week, the maximum size for a party is two players.
      • Once the party is complete, the captain must submit the team for approval.
      • After submission, the team will show as Pending Approval.
      • Once registration is closed, the party will be combined with another party and/or solo player(s) to form a complete team.
    • After registration has closed, players are encouraged to check back to find their new team!

I go to tourney page and hit solo/party, then I create team and give name and it says forming. I can't find pending approval or apply to tournament. What am I doing wrong. When I create team there is no button other to create.

Hi!

Once the team has been created, go to your team page. On the top right side of the page, underneath the tournament logo and name, you should see several options (modify team, close team enrollment, apply for tournament, delete team):

As the captain of the team, you will be able to click on the Apply for Tournament. Once you do that, the team status will change from "Forming" to either "Accepted" or "Pending Approval," depending on the tournament.

If you still have any questions, please let me know!

Registration page doesn't mention the tier limit - it only talks about the number of players. If you can send in a screenshot showing me where the confusion is, I am more than happy to fix it.

This is what the numbers should be:

  • Maximum tier allowed: 3
  • Solo/Party registration: 1 - 3 players
  • Team registration: 4 - 5 players

Hi!

You can find your team a few different ways.

1. Go to the page listing all tournaments. For Stand-To 2.2.16, you will see a clickable team name - that is your new team :)

2. If you go to the Solo/Party registration page for Stand-To 2.2.16, a clickable team name should be there. I believe it is located where the "Create Team" button used to be, or on the right-hand side, underneath the Stand-To logo.

3. Again in the Solo/Party registration page, you can sort teams by "Accepted" then search the 10 teams until you find your name :)

If you have any other questions, please let us know!

Hi!

Apologies for the delay in responding, but this is the first chance I had to get to the forums. Unfortunately, as there is no restriction to players signing up for a team, we will not be able to replace the player on your team. Good luck!! :honoring:

Looks like our "captain" and his "friend" were just dummy accounts (less than 100 battles each), hoping to gold farm in the alternate spot...never mind that its not at all fair to the other members of the team, because they then have no alternates...check out team bulldog in 2-2-16

Similar thing in team Poodle. Captain has only 19 battles in Tier II tanks, two of them premiums (probably a promo code account). Anyways other two teammates hasn't showed up either.

I wonder if teams or parties sign up these dummy accounts so they can get easy wins

Played yesterday... are you aware that the wrong start times are posted on the "Tournament" page.

At least, on MY computer it showed 1630 PT as the start of first battle, when there was no "Special Battle"

at that time, I went to my team and saw that the correct time was posted there as 1830 PT.

Signed up again for tonight and the "Tournament" page is still showing 1630 PT as the start time of first battle.

Please correct this (unless it is a glitch on just MY computer or something else beyond your control.)

Thanx

Hi,

The results are directly on the tournament page. You will need to find the group that your team is in, and what position within that group. If there are any ties in points, then the draw rules will need to be done manually.

If you tell me the Group/Team name, I can help you if you have any questions :)

Hi,

The start time was correctly set for 16:30 PT. If you look at the tournament page, the actual scheduled start time will show up as your local computer time...could that be where the confusion is coming from? If not, please feel free to take a screenshot of the tournament page start time as seen on your computer and the time zone of your computer, and I will be more than happy to help figure out what's happening. Thanks!

You are only competing against teams within your group.

Golden Retriever and Terrier are tied for points. When the draw rules are applied, Gold Retriever defeated Terrier when they faced each other (head-to-head rule).

Therefore:

1st place: Golden Retriever

2nd place: Terrier

German Shepard, Great Dane and Siberian Husky are all tied for points. When the draw rules are applied, no clear winner is found. Therefore, all three teams receive the 3rd-4th place prize of 75,000 credits and one day of premium time :)
