Get Premium, XP, More in Weekly Tournaments

As Joey used to say.... WOAH.
That is pretty cool. I play tourneys to get gold to get premium time. That frees up gold for other things. Perhaps we can splurge a bit now.

Nerf to Weekday Warfare tournament gold payouts.
It the only tournament series I care about. Every other tournament schedule doesn't fit my schedule.
Of course Wargaming developers already killed off Tank Companies, and then Clan Wars 2.0 arrived.
Next up, Weekday Warfare tournaments?
That said, not surprised given the amount of bots in random pub matches playing lately.
Recession in some parts of the world, and you have other competitors in the same category who are offering deals too.
Question is will Wargaming improve the game, or talk about it?

You lose no gold. Still able to aquire 9k in a skirmish. They have only added more awesomeness.
Reading is hard, I know... but LESS gold in Weekday Warfare is the unfortunate case.
I guess WW was so popular they felt they needed to de-motivate players a bit.

Both great questions!
In order to play in a skirmish, you simply need to sign up with a team. For example, here's next week's Skirmish VI.
While you can't register solo for a skirmish, solo registration was recently introduced for Stand To tournaments. Worth checking out

Except Stand To's are not really worth the effort with only 400 gold as top prize. I suppose if you did them all week that could add up to a modest amount. Anyone actually looking for a good payday should do Week Long Skirmishes where the top prize of a not so good team is 2.5k gold plus what ever you guys can make playing the group stages with the bare minimum being 250 gold after winning the first night after group play. If you can make it into the Alpha Playoffs in a Skirmish the very least you will be getting is 2.5k gold (win, lose, draw you will be getting this amount) plus payoffs from the group stages with a chance of getting 8k gold.
