Big buff to the Leopard's reverse speed, instead of being the same as a freakin' T-54. Big gun handling buffs because people can autoaim it from 500 meters and still mess it up. Big buff to the AMX-30B's reverse speed, instead of being the same as a freakin' T-54. Big buff to the HEAT round, since that was the entire point of the tank.

It's a 100Ton tank that goes 40. that just shoudn't happen. The only thing that comes close is kv4-5, but that's only downhill.

I dont have personal XP with the tier 9-10 japan heavies, so i dont know how it is to drive them.

and tbh AT-15 DPM is good enough already :P

100% agreed. APCR's only drawbacks, reduced normalization and pen loss over distance, are 95% of the time negated by the extra penetration. That just leaves cost, which is not enough and heavily favors older more experienced players.

HEAT is decently balanced due to its unreliability, other than the stupidly high pen ones which I tried to address (but let me know if i missed any)

And yeah, It does make heavy tanking hard. On the flip side, it's the Necessary Weasel of 2 tier spread MM, without it lower tier tanks would have 0 chance of competing, especially in the current corridor meta.

They could balance penetration and armor by reducing the steps from tier to tier and reducing the ridiculous variance at each tier.

As for the maps they dug themselves deep with that one, and made arty even more stupid.

Reading is hard.

Negative.  I think AW cancer is equally cancerous as WoT cancer, just in a more annoying death by a million cuts every 2.5 seconds way.  Also, i did keep reading, i just edit my post as i came across more retardation.

Some good, some bad, some humorous. Take a +1. I'll assume the tank tier changes will come with obvious changes to armor and health to balance it out, so no problem there.

But, the KV-1 has no business being at tier 5, even with the stock turret, that hull armor is just going to frustrate noobs. It would basically be a straight better Matilda, trading pen for alpha damage and speed. With tier 3s no longer seeing it, it's fine where it is, although somewhat unhistorical (A KV-1 with 85mm was projected for 1942, and there are more unhistorical tanks in game like the T-28 Prototype.) Maybe up the pen on some of the worse performing tier 4s to compensate.

Some things I'd add:

GENERAL:

-Big alpha guns have reduced alpha across the board, with buffs to DPM or other soft stats as required. Big alpha is not good for the game, as no-one is going to dare leave cover with an unspotted ISU/JPE100/183 skulking around.

-Artillery properly re balanced across the board, in a way that satisfies everyone.

FRENCH:

-French low tiers given guns capable of defending themselves with.

- AMX M4 given a buff to gun handling, dispersion and ground resistances, giving it a role as the most mobile tier 7 HT, rather than a discount Tiger 1.

-French TDs given a significant buff to gun handling and camo while stationary, making them masters of hit and run, rather than mediocre TDs relying on armor that doesn't work.

-105mm gun on the ARL 44 given premium APCR as standard rounds, DPM nerfed to be worse than the 90mm F3. Same gun removed on the AMX M4.

BRITISH:

-Valentine givens buffs to DPM with the 6 pdr, meaning that it won't lose any 1v1 it faces. It's already slow and with a massive weakspot on the front, it doesn't also need poor DPM.

-AT-8 given large DPM and gun traverse (Horizontal and vertical) boost, evn if unhistorical to allow it to actually contribute even against players who know it's weakspots.

- Churchill GC moved to tier 5, guns rebalanced as such, leads to the AT-8 from the Churchill 1. XP costs changed accordingly.

-Churchill 7 weakspots behind the tracks removed. Gun DPM buffed slightly.

- Carnarvon given 105mm with poor DPM as alternative to the 20 pdr. XP from Conqueror turret added to total XP cost.

-Conqueror given elite turret as standard, burster spaced armor (14mm applique) added to hull to help against HEAT shells.

-Whatever system was behind the horrendous RNG on the 105mm L7 RO removed, and set on fire for ruining the reputation of one of the best AT guns in the world.

- 183mm armed tanks removed, replaced with literally anything else, even if fictional. Make a Super Tortoise with a 155mm gun and improved armor if you have to. Having tanks capable of one-shotting you at any tier is not fun, and not good game design.

USA:

- M3 Lee given much better accuracy and shell velocity, to better solidify it's role as a sniper.

-T67 given slightly nerfed DPM, to prevent it from being the one stop shop for seal clubbers.

-T 25/2 given APCR as standard on it's top 90mm, DPM nerfed to compensate.

- T-28 Prototype loses it's stock 90mm gun, gets the 105mm as standard.

GERMANY:

- Sturer Emil cost of 128mm gun significantly reduced. Xp added to XP required on the Nashorn.

- Average damage on the 17cm gun of the JGPZ E-100 reduced to 750. Ground resistances and DMP improved to compensate.

USSR:

- ISU 152/Obj 704 reduced alpha, better gun handling to compensate.

JAPAN:

- Chi-Ri given APCR as standard rounds.

Yeah, they would obviously have HP changed, i just didn't feel like writing all that :P. IS-1 would get large mobility nerfs to make it a proper heavy.

most of those are pretty good, ill edit them in later.

-

max speed has more to do with suspension being strong enought to handle the stress than with the weight itself, if they can build one  strong enought and the engine can move the weight its posible. olso note oi exp is an inferior kv in all aspects but max speed and alpha and we are already taking the alpha down.

at 15 has good dpm but lacks the hability to use it, its simply to slow to force enemys into bad positions to use it, its armor even when angle is not strong enought to just sit in the open for long periods of time and lets not forget this is world of peek a boom and enemys wont sit infront of your gun while they reload so at will finds himself trading 240 for 400-700.

olso note dpm is a lie when you consider that both start loaded, for instance at 15 vs isu 152 both facing each other and shooting each time they can.

at 15 shoots  every 5 secs  and isu every 18 secs (using base reload rate)

at hp---isu hp--seconds

1450---1010----0

700-----770------1

700-----530------6

700-----290------11

700-----50--------16

dead-----50--------19

rule of thumb should be: dpm as an inverce to alpha and mobility so the lower alpha and mobility the  higher the dpm should be.

hi I enjoy greatly your knowledge of the game. I am 1 year in and still know lots to learn. I drive a m46 kr .I tried cdc and mutz I was not skilled enough at the time to drive those. since 9.15 my aiming is horrible my shot hit % is way down and shots now completely disappear. Full red far or near miss and I have a whole new set of first hit by enemy problems. I now bounce tier 6 all the time even with gold.  The m46 is now fodder in my opinion. gold shells make little dif in effect even though I use them first 5 shots. I would also think it would be fair to allow access to the American line which I do not have.

I realize my comments /questions are much less informed then what u might typically deal with but need to start somewhere. best I have done is 2200 dam and 3 kills  I hope to cause 1000 with 1 kill every game this happens apx only 50% of time at best

thank you for any direction you may have time to provide.
