Thanks, Lethal .  After going through 3 boxes of leftover models, going back 4 decades, this is pretty much what was left. Still trying to determine what is salvageable, if any.

I already threw away 2 Tigers, 2 Panthers, 1 Churchill, 3 Hanomags, 1 Pz. III , 6 other half-track vehicles. They didn't fare too well being moved around all these years, beyond repair. Not sure what I'll do with these yet, but along with the SAS Jeeps, they survived relatively intact. Kubelwagen might have a chance at being restored. Tiger is in bad shape, 30 years old, but I'll give it a go. SdKfz. 250/1 needs a little re-work, but still in good shape for 40 years old. About 100 soldiers left worth salvaging / rebuilding. Got some work ahead of Me.

1st things 1st ;  I promised the Wife I would help restore Her Family heirlooms ,from Her Cherokee heritage, e.g.  walking stick, pipe, spirit drum. Hence the need for building the workbench. Got a lot of Woodworking, resin hard-casting, & leather weaving to do first.  Once that's done, I'll get to work on the other models, post some after pics.

Look forward to seeing what You & anyone else turns out next, might give Me some Ideas.      Happy Modeling.! :)   Chris

Very Nice, Frozen. photo-etch can be fun, and maddening.  At least its not the side railings for 1/350 scale ships!   that takes a lot of Time & Patience.

Thanks!

1/350? I suppose those railings must be like metal thread...?

Unfortunately, Yes. extremely thin, had to set each post with a pin-vise. Great detail, just won't do it again.

Sorry, are you saying you had to use a pin vise to drill a tiny hole for each of those posts!?

Unfortunately Yes. it was the old Verlinden aftermarket brass railings / lifeline kit.  took about a month to do, doing a little bit each day, when I built the Tirpitz years ago. it came out great when finished, but its now worn/ damaged, possibly beyond repair.  Getting much older now, the Eyes don't focus like they used to.
