Just throwing this idea out there to see what people think of an idea regarding Marks of Excellence that could be an improvement on gameplay.

For each mark of excellence that a tank has, you get a 25% bonus in credit earnings on that tank. This could be adjusted to make it more balanced, but 25% was my initial thought. Along with that, you must maintain your level of play, meaning that you could lose your mark of excellence if you drop back down below the given thresholds. This would hopefully make players more competitive, and gives you more incentive to continue playing well.

Any thoughtful feedback would be great. Thanks.

so true, that's why you see so many red players you have to carry, or is that just their brain trauma? As one told me "thinking is hard"

The trouble is that if the marks become a strictly temporary thing because of short-term streaks, then they lose all meaning. Streaks come and go, you may have marks taken and added from day to day or even match to match. As for granting some kind of bonus for earning marks, there's nothing wrong with that. Just be careful with credit income, in WoT more credits equals more gold shells.
