Ive noticed that I feel like the most unlucky person in this game.
Since the beginning ive won only like 15% of battles and what I started to notice lately was that even if
I bought a better tank, I still got shot so badly by lower tanks.
Now I have a vk3601h with a crew with 81% training, a good cannon with HE shells and I still cant compete against pzkpfw IV tanks..
I'd like to know if I'm missing anything

Comparing my tank to lower tanks

Most tanks are still vulnerable to tanks a tier or two below them, so it's not really unusual. Especially so with the PzIV and KV. Both are tier 5, but can still threaten tier 7 and 8 tanks (a Derpgun KV can hurt every tank in the game!). You shouldn't be having that much trouble with them though, especially in a 3601.
I notice you mention using HE shells... What gun do you have? The 105mm howitzer is the only one you should be using HE as primary ammo with, and it's not the best gun for the tank anyways. With the 88mm gun and AP shells, you should be killing PzIV's in 2 or 3 shots, KV's in 3, maybe 4.
It's still a good idea to keep some HE handy for really hard targets that AP can't hurt, but every gun except the 105mm should be firing primarily AP shells.
Tactics come into it, too. The 3601 is tough, but if you tend to just charge in guns blazing, you'll end up dead more often than not.
Stick with allies and work together. More guns on a target means less shots coming back at you, and someone other than you to get shot at.
When you're fighting, turn your tank's hull at a slight angle to the enemy. It gives your armor some slope, slightly increasing effective thickness and giving you better chances of bouncing shots.
Use cover whenever you can - if you're reloading, it's best to be behind some hard cover if at all possible.

When I see and enemy VK, I crap my pants. Even my 105mm HE on my Sherman doesn't do much. O_o

@ GearaDoga
Thanks alot, ive noticed that using AP shells do much more dmg than HE ones
I also switched to VIII tier cannon instead of VI (longer) and it does more damage too.

You should only use the tier 8 75 if you're going you to use premium ammo, the 88 L/56 and the 75 L/70 are the best guns for the vk3601.

Well, the konisch is fairly close to the L/70, if you think about it... Yeah, it only does half the damage, but it fires a bit faster, more accurately, and with much higher penetration values. If the L/70 isn't working for him, the penetration boost on the Konisch may tip the scales in his favor.
Definitely give the 88mm a shot once you've unlocked it, it really does wonders for the tank.

The VK3601, like the PZIV and the Tiger, are sniper tanks. Sit back and shoot the tanks that get spotted. If you go in close, you'll most likely die quickly, that unsloped armor makes a good target for everyone. Use HE rounds only if AP bounces. And you'll want the top gun on it -- anything less and you may as well not go into battle.
