Agreed, adding the carousel mod function into the base game would be greatly appreciated.

From the update page. There is a 15% discount on the 4202 if you pay ~25% more money, and there is a +FREE garage slot thrown in as well, which you don't get from the cheaper deal. WG knows how to drive a bargain.

there's a bug in replays.  played a 9.14 replay and everyone's chat messages show up twice.

only for audio, everything else is still single core, so it won't improve FPS or anything else

Im going to disagree with that, while yes, i dont expect a huge jump ( i have an a10+ fury) I do expect to get a few fps as in the 1-5 range. As someone previously pointed out, Audio can be somewhat system intensive (And since AMD processors dont have hyperthreading this is more evident) And the move to move the audio from the main core to a second core is nice as on lower end computers it may give a small boost but nothing much, but on a higher end computer you will see a even bigger (Albeit still relatively small) difference.

Seeing a little bit of red aren't we War gamer?

The players?

The sales?

The game?

The player base that you have been so used to seeing on a regular basis is disappearing faster that that invisible tank that should been seen at less than 100 meters. The only reason for all of this is to keep up with the thorn that is constantly poking them in the sides for the last few months. ***** [AW is a giant fail in PvP mode... making queue times awful]

The only reason for this update is to keep up with the so-called physics of the tanks but really, that could have been done a long time ago so one has to ask, why are they now just doing this? [NOW is a good time, u think they should they wait longer ?]

The answer is simply to try and keep up with the competition and not lose their player base. But I guess that is a good reason because really, war gamer has been losing a   lot  [very few of its players to the newest in tank warfare gaming. They even introduce new tanks (miff!) just to keep the players interested. Moreover, they reintroduce old tanks because really their sales have seen a slight dip in the profits. *****  [very few]  ***** [WG understands perfectly that skill-based MM would ruin their game] ******

So, really. Is this just another update that was needed or just a simple act of desperation?  [2015 revenues of 590 MILLION US dollars, so... yeah... desperate]

But if you really want to update something on this game to make it more interesting, how about adding in the feature that puts you into matches against players of equal skill, not just the tanks. All those who are average skill of 6 and below are tired of being put up against those that are just way too skilled for their own good and these average players need that progression to a higher skill level just like that of AW.

Nice playing with you!

It isn't any better in AW.  It's worse in some cases. They are having problems with long que times, some as long as 4 minutes to start a PvP battle and then there is the server population that is smaller than WOT and is not growing like you say.  Players here whine about wanting skilled based mm and then go play AW which does factor skill into the mm and they still complain either way. About the only thing better is the PvE mode but that gets boring real fast.

don't forget the completely OP mbts that pretty much make every other class pointless. And the horribad graphics. The only real thing that makes me consider leaving wot for aw from time to time is arty. Serb needs to pull his head out of his [edited]and realize that arty is the biggest cancer driving away wot players

nice the game keeps getting worse....The only cool sound is the engine the rest of it is pure garbage......the gun no matter the tank sounds the same....like a BB gun shooting cans....what a horrible update....you should have fixed the problems with the game instead of adding more!    such as MM....very disappointed customer

Why are you guys more concerned about making the VK 72.01(k) HD and not the E50 series?

gotta keep the .0001% clan unicorns happy. Afaik that tank isn't even driven that often. I'd love to see t-34-3, 112 etc. Prems should come first since people will be driving them a lot to farm cash

As a new player, I likely wouldn't notice, BUT, I have more experienced friends who look out for me. They warned me about the new research system for the tier 1 tanks, and sure enough, all those modules I researched have disappeared. My Leichttraktor has the original turret again, etc. Now, those modules were researched using experience, so now, I lose the modules, AND the experience I used to get them? I researched every module on every tier 1 tank so I could elite them, before moving up, or selling them. I don't know exactly how much that adds up to, but I'm sure it would be enough to be really useful for researching new vehicles or guns or whatever. And what about the credits used to buy those pieces?

I got 400 credits added when I logged in, but that can't possibly cover the amount I spent on upgrading, not even for the two tier 1s I kept. And nothing mentioned about getting my research reimbursed. This doesn't seem fair, especially since, as a new player, I don't have a lot of reserves in either credits or experience yet.

Yeah, this was fun when it was a mini game option with the racing.... going to kind of suck in the game I believe.

I do like the fact that they are adding what mods do into the core game. Good on you WG.

^What he said^

Having option for customization like number of rows and size at the very least would be great :) One less mod to install/update.

I never login to the forums. I had to login today to say THANK YOU! The sound mods, the changing gears, realistic engine starts, etc. BLEW MY MIND! Shout-out to the sound development crew, you guys kicked [edited]on this! The hairs on my hand stood up on the first round I played after patching to the new version. WELL DONE!
