Crap, I forgot about Pax East... i'd want to go to both too.  Well hopefully the swag is the same or similar, so I will be there.

Sounds like a nice reason for a trip down from NH. If the weather is nice enough maybe put a few miles on some vintage military iron....

But how many people can get in for this? Because I would be pissed to drive 4hrs only to be turned away at the door.

When are you people coming to Toronto..? Canada's a part of North America too, ya know...:B

One of the most Cosmopolitan city's in North America too.

^..I'll certainly vouch for that. And Yonge-Dundas Square {Downtown Toronto} would be an excellent place to have this Canadian World of Tanks gathering.

They had a player gathering in Toronto a year or two ago, and streamed the championship finals. Fun and prizes. Prior to that Chieftain came to Hamilton, and there was a gathering/tour at the HMCS Haida. Attended and enjoyed both!

^..That's great and all, but that was then...this is now. Why can't we have another one in Toronto..?

If Wargaming.net went on the road and visited Toronto, I would go. I'd even personally introduce myself as Iron Soul Stealer...along with my real name, of course. I'm still looking forward to meeting the staff of WG in person. Let me know, Wargaming.

My son and I will be at PAX East on Sunday and will be in Boston all weekend, so this was an excellent find. We are both RSVP'd and can't wait to attend! We were kind of wondering what all we wanted to do on Saturday since we only scored tickets for Sunday. This will be an excellent day to wrap up Saturday evening!

Out of curiosity, is MeatheadMilitia and Pigeon_of_War gonna be there? Got a couple of questions for them both.

Wanna ask MeatheadMilitia if he still gets them gains, and if he does, if he needs bulking brother to celebrate the glories of Thanksgaining. Its hard to run into frequent gamers who still lift as it is. Plus, I plan on going to California in the near future since one of my close friends in Newport Beach is making a very persuasive argument by tempting me with such promises like In N' Out  and Del Taco.

As for Pigeon_of_War, I'd buy him a round at the local bar (not that I wouldn't for MeatheadMilitia of course) and just ask him how his time was in the Armed Forces. I'm heading there myself (commissioning in 64 days) and would like to get all the knowledge I can before that fateful day comes.

Would also like to know which other WG staff members are coming, need to know if I need to save up my money prior to the big weekend, maybe lead it to a night of bar-hopping while trying to find tickets for PAX.

First you make it sound like they have never been to the area, when I've been to two events locally. Second,  you say you'll show up. Lol... I'm sure they'll be right on that.

I can attest that yup, I should be there! I don't think I can go bar hopping since I'll be there in a work capacity :teethhappy:

Like I said, Wargaming....let me know when you guys and gals will be in Toronto next. I'll send another message to Nyx, and see if she has a more detailed summer itinerary. Hope to meet you all soon.

Hi Nick, feel free to bring your son.

The venue does not have any age restrictions and guests will be carded at the door (under 21 year old guests will be stamped on the hand).

My son is 12 and I have brought him along to these events several times, since he was about 7! And I'll be at this one!

Dang I wish I could go! I will be in the area during that weekend but I am attending another event. Will Wargaming be doing another one of these meeting on the east coast at all? I live in East Pennsylvania and would like to attend one soon
