My son is 12 and I have brought him along to these events several times, since he was about 7! And I'll be at this one!

:honoring:

^..Do you know when Wargaming will be in Toronto next..? I've already asked Nyx, but she didn't really have an answer.. except to say:

"We have no current plans to be in Toronto, but thanks for your interest"...

So, was it like a once in a lifetime thing....and I missed it..? :amazed:

Myself, wife and a few other local players have RSVP'd. When should we be expected a confirmation for this event? Would be nice to set the date in stone ASAP so I can get childcare, etc.

Hi Dent781, entry is on a first come-first served basis for this event. If we find the RSVP list becoming too crazy, we usually take measures to close it off.

However, I can verify that I found your gamertag on our RSVP list!

Do I just show up the night of or will I be getting an eTicket or confirmation?

Awesome! I live just outside of Boston and go to PAX East every year since it started.

Loved the setup they had last year, Can't wait to see what it will be like this year.

How fast do those tickets sell out? Everytime I remember to buy them they are already gone.

I posted on this forum before but it seems that the forum was updated, so nobody knows about me LOL.  This is my first gaming event ever.  WOT on the Xbox360 has been a welcome distraction from all the music I do (I went to Berklee).  I am pretty much a casual player and I'm sure I have messed up more than few strategies of the pros LOL.

If anyone wants to meet up for war stories and such, I'll be the long haired musician type with the deer-in-the-headlights look on his face :)

Here's I link I found that gives a virtual tour.  I think this in the Galleria Expo Hall?  I could be wrong...

I don't believe you need to pay for the tickets, there is only an RSVP link and a form to fill out at this link...

How early should we plan on getting in line?  We are making a 3 hour drive and would hate to not be able to get in.  It would be me, my husband (markusgiovanni), and my son (lordsloth).  IDK what my son's e-mail is that he uses, so I couldn't register him.  We can't wait!

This event is from 5-9pm. Will there be food available to purchase (or provided?!) at the gathering or should we plan to eat early... or after?

The countdown is on. Can't wait!!!

I would try to show up at least an hour earlier! The hotel lobby does have a couple restaurants and bars available.

I RSVP'd back on March 9th but unfortunately can't make it. I race in a PHRF fleet and did well enough that I am expected to attend an award dinner that night. Please remove me from the list and let some other virtual tanker have my place.

Count me in for next time!

I noticed the RSPV list is full/dead. Is entry still first come-first serve or is it closed?

Well shoot, now I'm at a serious dilemma...

The centennial celebration of ROTC is taking place this weekend (I knew was going to happen in advance) to which there would be over 12 general flag officers and several more staff officers showing up, but I woke up this morning to find I received an invitation to attend the centennial dinner for it (which I didn't know) to meet all the Generals and high-ranking officials coming up of it.

was planning on going to PAX East to finish out senior year of college doing something awesome, but now I got 2 equally as awesome things that I can possibly end up attending to.

Need help on deciding...

For those curious about the centennial celebration (and for others who think I'm talking out of my @ss): http://www.vermontbiz.com/news/april/norwich-university-celebrate-100-years-rotc-starting-thursday
