most of the voices can be found in worldofwarships/res/audio/High or low/en/WOWS_SP.bnk

Does anyone know how to extract the PCK files that WOT uses for some of its other sounds?

I tried WinRAR and Universal Extractor.  I'm starting to wonder if it's some totally proprietary archive format.

Well I found this. Someone had successfully edit  music with .bnk and .pck.

Hey Major.....

Did you say previously that the 200 soundbank limit could be gotten around by "batch" processing?

How do you do that?  Cause the sound files have 100's of sound files, and we might only replace some, but we still have to process the full file?

Is there any alternative to Wwise?  I can't find a warez version of it, so how do us poor folk get around the 200 soundbank limit?

At least FMOD didn't limit us, you only paid for commercial.

full file? no just create like 50 to 100 new .wem at a time and put them into a new folder and you process more

I not sure what is confusing through, I have done like 400-500 in the same day when trying to create my star war mod

hmmm....  k.  I don't know much about this crap so trying to get the necessary info upfront.  I've only ever made a few different Sixth Sense sounds back with FMOD.

But, I think I get what you're saying now.  We aren't using Wwise to creat the final file.  So, we are fine it seems.  lol

Donka for the work/tutorial....

BTW, this guy might have made something that helps a little more:?  http://forum.worldoftanks.eu/index.php?/topic/557859-sound-voice-mods-in-914/

nope, you're using the soundmod tools to make the final .bnk file

you're just using wwise to create new .wem files that is needed to repack into .bnk

Not sure how to use that code. Even if I could, I might not even use it

Apparently it automates the replacing of the soundbanks, matching the correct #'s etc. or something while you have to do yours manual or something.

Don't know, still trying to figure out how to use the dang thing.  Guess I got to compile it into an EXE or something?

He explains the aspects of what it does peacemeal through the thread.

ya. If it not in some kind of program form(app, exe, batch). Then I don't see myself wasting time with it since I don't know how to code
