No, it proves that tracks act as spaced armor.

I don't understand what you mean by bounce.  The shell dealt 0 damage, or it didn't pen and dealt 400~ splash?

Literally impossible for an HE shell to bounce.

I have had HE rounds do no damage before and I would even say some bounced off of extreme angles.

It didn't even track them and it was HE.

It did nothing but the tank icon light dimmed like all other bounces. Plus i didn't shoot the tracks, i shot jn the center.

No, it proves nothing special, just that the game mechanics are sincerely working as intended.

What a logical constructive response from a WG fanboy!

I've bounced Hellcats and ELCs at least half a dozen times with an IS-6. It happens, even though it's supposed to be impossible.

So... where is the replay to verify what ACTUALLY happened ??

You telling us how you perceived events means nothing, just a cool story, bruh.

Replay, or it's no more than a rumor.

Not even replay or it didn't happen, let me see a replay, I want to see for myself. No other way I can tell you what really happened.

They literally changed this like 10 patches ago. If its an angle over 70 degrees HE will auto bounce dealing no damage and not exploding.

Neither of you are correct... HE shells can bounce, but it's very rare - the armor thickness + angle will both factor into that, but angle alone does not equal a bounce.

As for the OP, the KV-2 cannot hit the side of a Hellcat with HE for 0 damage unless it hits the gun. Tracks would still result in damage, turret would still result in damage. The one part of the Hellcat that can absorb all of the damage from that shell would be the gun.

Either that, or you thought that you were shooting HE; but actually fired off an AP round and hit his gun / tracks / rear of turret at an angle.

I still think it explodes for no damage Scorp. Replay or it didn't happen.

Sometimes it doesn't matter the angle. I have bounced HE like dead grenades.

Off front of Churchill VII from fv 304 and from various guns vs AT-8. And not just those tanks...
