Just got the T29 tonight and this was my first game.

I know I fired a lot of unnecessary premium ammo.

The T29 is one of my favorites.

Maxed t29 with 100% crew is OP as long as you try to hide the hull. It can even be a good trader because of the gun depression. the other day i took out both an IS3 and IS6 in trades shooting at their weaker parts.

on an unrelated note, i just got t32 the other day maxed it out using free xp and so far im not impressed. It has the same exact top gun as t29 and penning tier 9 is a big issue so far.

well then good luck with getting the 105 mm and the top turret cause when you get maxed out you shall become more than just a mere heavy tank, no you will enter a state of reality that is beyond the comprehensions of most tier seven tanks as you become the god of tier seven, a tank that all equal and lower tier tanks shall fear (especially Tigers and IS's )

The T32 is basically a more defensive version of the T29, just go hull down with it and watch the gold bounce off that god turret, also almost all tier nine tanks have vulnerable lower plates you can pen (except the VK 45.02 B, you need to hit the hatch on the turret to pen it if your using AP) and there drivewheels are quite exposed on some of them as well

I agree t29 grind is absolutely horrid, i wanted to comit a homicide sometimes out of frustration. If you have a free xp I highly suggest to use it on the upgrades.

Never, ever sell the T29 after you get it. It is a must tank in anyone's garage.

Sold it. No use for it. Better stuff to play at T7. Something with a big nasty derp. Jap heavy anyone? Also T7 is about as bad at T9 when I play. Seems to be bottom tier in either tier.

You do realize the T29 is far and away the best Tier VII, right?

My max xp game was in the T29. I got over 2800 BASE xp wrecking tier 9s in a match. If you have an older version of WoT still on the computer you can still see the replay on my Noobmeter profile.

It's a top 3000 score for a single game and basically the closest thing I have to a claim to fame.

Congrats. When you get the 105mm cannon be careful of wasting those 1k per AP shells.

Are you insane?  Why am i even asking, one would have to be for sure to think there is anything better at T7 than T29 and even more so for saying that there is no use for it.  I have never played anything so easymode like T29 so far.  Im sure when i get to play faceroll autoloaders i might change my mind, but for now T29 is most OP tank i played.

Like I said. I don't play ANY T7 (or tier9) unless I have to grind one for the T8/T10. No T7 are worth keeping other than a few of the more iconic (see real) tanks and the few perms I have to try to make some cash on. As for T7. I personally enjoy my Tiger1 the most. Takes some skill to play but the ROF and armor when used properly get the job done for me.

If WG ever add a T7 CW then maybe there will be a use for anything T7. Till then those tanks are mostly cannon fodder for the T9 battle I see in them.

Too bad. The T29 is an awesome and fun tank to play. Also is a pretty good non premium credit grinder when played properly. Is one of the few Tier 7 tanks which doesn't lose money unless you play it horribly wrong or spit premium ammo every single battle. :justwait:

Yes T29 is so awesome that i had the return crew option on it when i already moved the crew to the T110E5 and i was platooning and and i clicked on it and the crew returned and the platoon leader hit the battle button. SO i had the T110E5 crew in it during battle still did 1700ish damage and didnt miss a beat.

Yeah, I did get the O-Ni. I much prefer the T-29.   You may want to try the O-Ni out yourself before you get too excited about it. If you only see tier 7 tanks while playing tier 9 games, that my skew your viewpoint a bit.  To each his own.
