You sure your monitor supports nvidia 3d as well?

Nope, have not tried it.   I just built a new computer, AMD based, and it is definitely VR Ready but, I don't have a head set yet, gonna wait awhile.

WoT USED to work decently well with 3d, if you press "V to turn off your HUD," it really looks great.

The only problem was that the Over target markers rendered at 0 depth, i.e. the image was not doubled.

A couple things:

1/ A good internet connection is a must for 3D graphics.

2/ 3D makes huge demands on your computer, so it must be capable to run it- ie: lots of ram and a higher end graphics card.

without 1&2 combined you will have serious lag issues

3/ likely wise to use a TV as a monitor, preferably a 4K,  3D capable with a 120 hz refresh rate

Back MANY years ago I had GTA3 working and had the same thing with the HUD - though I actually thought it gave it a great effect. Looked as if there was a window pane in front of your face with the HUD displayed. An even better effect when it was raining, gave the effect of 3d raindrops running down the screen a couple of feet from your face.

I would like some information on this please.

is anyone running WoT in 3D mode on a daily basis? how is it different than "normal" mode? what's better?

once the novelty wears off, is it actually giving you any practical benefit?

worked alright for a year or so then went back to incorrect depth of tank markers and crosshair in 3d making it a handicap to try and aim at someone with double vision crosshairs
