I know WG has alot on there plate and I really appreciate all the work they do and the opportunity for enjoying these tournaments but I would say it is alot of work for the honest player to report a cheater.  I think we would all appreciate an easier method of reporting abuse.

I agree with GenPanzer. One of my friends sent in a replay last week against someone who brought an IS-3 but because he lost to most of the other players they did not send replays in.

Hers was the only battle result overturned and as a result she was still ranked lower than the IS-3 player. She wasn't happy about it.

This is likely what they're banking on.  I had two IS-3s last week and submitted disputes through the proper channels, however how many others ran into them and didn't know what to do about it?  The one guy lost only to me (Super Pershing > Russian Bias), if I didn't report him there's a good chance he'd get 400 gold for that crap.

People are sad for sure because most gold diggers don't care and say things like my opponent said to me, ' I just wanted the gold and i don't get caught.'

Turn them in and claim your rightful gold because you are able to read and follow the tournament rules! :P

if it is a system wide issue, like the round 7 glitch, are individual disputes required?

I would like to thank the power of M18 Hellcat + "mods" for this "illegal" result. Thank you pubbies, I'll take this 500 gold. Even with three battles strung together so closely - I was still able to camo snipe my way to victory.

I had a similar incident, however I couldn't win that battle

Still I have sended the proper Dispute, the player obviously ended on first place having the Cromwell more HP and dps than most TDs it is an unfair move

Besides, it's illegal. If it was a tier 5 arty it would still be illegal.

If you were sent a response that you're dispute was invalid, it's because you were missing one or more of the following:

  • Your team name/link to team page
  • Opponent team name/link to team page
  • Screenshot or replay
    • Screenshot/replay needs to show player names as well as tank names. Missing either of those means you have an invalid dispute

If you sent in a dispute and ONLY included your ingame name and/or opponent ingame name, then you didn't follow the rules an sent in an invalid dispute and it was declined.

i sent in a dispute over another guy running a kv-5 hen we were doing the medium tournament last week. i never got a reply to the email though. i forgot to include the team name, but i did however show which group i was in.(group 69) and i did name my team"5hredder's team" soooo.... also, i listed that the guy that brought the kv-5 to the med 1v1 was tied with me at first place. was that actually processed? i also sent in a ticket about the thing. which gave me a generic and really unhelpful response.

Round 7 was a screw up on my end that affected every team, so no you don't need to submit a dispute. I'll figure out how to deal with it when I get in on Monday. In the past, for similar mistakes every team received a win for the round, and the head-to-head wouldn't count, but the final decision will be made Monday or Tuesday.

shredder there is a specific way they want Disputes done

A dispute is a claim against an illegitimate result by an opponent’s violation of a written Tournament rule.

Disputes must adhere to the protocol detailed below or risk having the dispute dropped by tournament administration.

  • Disputes must be submitted immediately after the round has concluded.
  • Disputes must be emailed to tournaments@wargamingamerica.com
  • The email subject/title must include the word “Dispute:” followed by the name of the event for which you are filing a dispute.
  • Disputes may only be filed by the team captain or any team member listed under team’s contact details.

Disputes must include the following in the body of the email or risk having the dispute dropped by tournament administration:

  • In-game name of the player submitting the dispute
  • Name of the Tournament
  • Your team’s name with a link to your team’s page created for you during registration
  • Your opponent’s team name and a link to your opponent’s team page created during registration
  • Reason for dispute: e.g. “I would like to report the team for using a tank that was not allowed, the StuG III.”
  • An attached replay of the disputed battle(s)

Additional notes:

  • Opposing team captains will be alerted of the dispute by forum PM after the dispute is processed.
  • Captains are responsible for monitoring their PM inbox.
  • Three upheld disputes during a group stage reverses all scores from the offending team for that round.
  • One upheld dispute during playoffs disqualifies the offending team from that round.
  • Publicizing disputes prior to resolution is subject to penalties at tournament admin's discretion, not limited to:
    • Disregarding the dispute
    • Immediate team disqualification
    • Removal of offending player from the event

Hope this helps i have had to submit a lot of these already before in other 1v1's so if you need help send me a pm i will walk you through the process so it is clear for you good luck

my round 7 match started at 13:04 my round 2 match started at 13:08. I ended up getting a technical defeat because I was already playing my match round 7. I just play for fun but losing like that kinda sucks.

The same things happend with me. The man who was my enemy in round 7 was lucky, won without battle and get higher possition than me :-(.

I'm afraid to let you know you just invalidated your dispute, naming and shaming. You're supposed to send an email.

Please answer my Ticket # 774039

Category: WoTDepartamento: Events
Event: Tank Destroyer 1v1 Throwdown

1) Wargaming not properly prioritized NA-East server for the tournament, leading to ping over 300 ms and CTDs

2) The Wargaming not complied with the rules of the tournament as the minimum time between rounds of three minutes creating overlapping each other on events.

3) Wargaming allowed entry in the battle players with tanks out of specification, I exemplified my case where a Cronwell B entered an exclusive match of TD's

4) The disorganization of the tournament was so big that caused an absurd number of technical victories

1) Wargaming not properly prioritized NA-East server for the tournament, leading to ping over 300 ms and CTDs ( the Ping is not WG fault is the routing from your computer to the End server which is the issue with the ISP's hubs that it passes through to get to the end server)( i know i feel your pain as well dealt with this for a very long time also )

2) The Wargaming not complied with the rules of the tournament as the minimum time between rounds of three minutes creating overlapping each other on events. ( Dance210 said it was a coding error and she is dealing with it plz go check other threads in the 1v1 section about this issue )

3) Wargaming allowed entry in the battle players with tanks out of specification, I exemplified my case where a Cronwell B entered an exclusive match of TD's ( some people are trolls and dont care what the required tank is supposed to be they bring what ever they want ... Follow the rules in filing a dispute and they will be (If enough file complaints about said player) they will be removed from the tournament )

4) The disorganization of the tournament was so big that caused an absurd number of technical victories ( Is it WG fault  that people sign up and dont show .... not really ..... or sign up and have the wrong tank.... not really some people get D/C'd from the game or dont show or only pick and choose who they want to play in their grouping just so they dont have to play their opponents )
