On the topic of rental, one of my clanmates had equipment on one of the rampage tanks. It's gone - not in the depot.

Dear Tankers,

Thank you for pointing out the issue with the rental system where you could sell the rentals for credits after the 9.15 update.

Good news! This morning's update has fixed this issue, and selling rental will no longer give credits in return.  For those of you that have sold your rentals for the extra credits, how do you plan to spend them?

Please create a ticket to support if you have any questions or should any issues arise

Hey.

I thought that 'exploiting a glitch' was against the terms of the EULA?....lol

Time to bring out the:

Or at least make them give you the credits back....

Nice trick question to find out who took advantage of this, "how do you plan to spend them?" ....lol.

Too late!  I'm done!  And like entering a questionable place of business and drink when you're 17, I'm good and won't be returning.

Several actually pointed it out.  Along with every other thing that has been pointed out.

But it's rather funny at how they corrected this one with the utmost urgency.....go figure.

its much easier to wash a car than to replace an engine, but if i had a car that was a tad dirty and had an engine that wouldnt start, id be a tad miffed if i took it to a dealership/repair shop and they washed the car before even diagnosing the engine and giving me some indication that they are able to and/or intend to fix it.

WG likely has a lot programmers, not all of them are going to be able to work on fixing the crashing issue--past a point adding more people to a problem just slow things down. And, unlike a car, with a program one group of people can wash away the bug while another team works on diagnosing the crashing issues without getting in each other's way.

I mean, no doubt this was fixed with a hotfix because it was costing WG money; had this been some annoying UI bug it would likely be fixed in the next main patch, at best. The point I'm trying to make is, WG has the resources to be simultaneously fixing several issues at one time; they didn't need to prioritize one over the other. The only reason this was fixed first was because it was likely extremely easy to locate and fix.

I've got some tier 10s to buy, and some premium rounds to induce pubbie tears with.

I see that you're a Golden child and I must pay you with the utmost respect. But... Will you please stop it with the brown-nosing? Do you know this for a fact? Are you a WG employee and this is your eSport account? Even if you were a WG employee do you have access to the WG Production Manager files? What's the ROI with WG development and QA departments budget? You speak as if you own the place. Wow just wow.

Tell him to file a ticket.  He'll most likely get them back.

As for me, I didn't get any credits because I own almost every premium released to the public so

I had no rentals to sell.

Prince Imhotep thanks you for your hospitality...and for your eyes, and for your tongue...but I'm afraid more is needed...

Those who purchased the tanks get nothing, and those who didn't made millions. "Ha, ha. We already got your money." :coin:

Same here, This has to be the WORST update for problems!!

Next time, War Shaming, spend the time to test before you release!!

9.0 is probably the worst update this game has ever had, WG even admitted that practically every server lost population just because of performance alone.

WHO IS THE IDIOT WHO POINTED IT OUT ?

Thanks for nothing.

Signed your fellow tankers who DID NOT get to do it.

Point out the issue - issue gets fixed - players miss out.

DON'T point out the issue - players never hear about it - players miss out.

I'd lay London to a brick the former option gets more players the benefit than the latter.

i honestly feel that everyone should be granted some creds since so many got to make millions because of this glitch while others who keep a clean garage (like me) was left out

It is called Integrity: The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.

In other words, you knew it was wrong, but you took advantage of a minute unseen glitch.

The silver lining is perhaps the rental thing will end, and for a daily you get x-number of a big credit payout for doing, say, 25,000 damage or base Exp.
