No money to buy a decent system. They did go to DX 11 right.

It did, however the game will detect an older graphics card..i.e. my NVIDIA 285 and it will keep it on DX9.  At least that is what is supposed to happen.  Try starting your game in safe mode.

Been running other DX11 games for months with no issues.  Have a passable gaming system (AMD 8 core, 4.0Ghz, 32 Gb Ram, Radeon R9 4GB video, etc)  Run Fallout4 at max settings with no problems, hell run Star Citizen with only slight blur.  First day of WOT "upgrade", graphics have multiple glitches, ok, upgrade my graphics driver to the latest version, WOT now powers my computer down every time I exit a map.  Can play any other game with no issue, so no, not my system.  Had to load a beta version of graphics drivers to get WOT to play nice.  Still has video glitches if I switch views after death.  Not the best patch roll out Ive seen, but not the worst either.

Love the changes to the hanger.  No real issues with the re-balancing.

Well, before every patch, I always do a reinstall. As its common there are bugs/glitches when new updates are up. So, fresh install usually helps and drivers.

I'm still running on an HP4545s and DX9.  Can't battle yet, but the screens all come up and look great.  (Can't fight due to shoulder injury.)

Are you that childish and petty that you would intentionally go out of your way to get players desperate for a fix to destroy their systems by following your advice?

always contact WG support first, they usually can fix it, if not they can supply auto reply notes with a bunch of gibberish that basically says its in the ECLU they can play with your dog or replace it or whatever they wanna do and yeah nothing very helpfull but usually they can help so give them a try first. also be sure to go full negative on the ticket over the ECLU!

LOL I'm running on a four year old Dell laptop i5-3210M (very decent for an old processor) and I run fine most of the time as long as I turn my in game graphics down to minimum.
