One must keep in mind that they do not want to tick off the Russian fan base as at this moment it is the largest group of players with the Chinese next. Our chances of getting what we would like to see are slim and almost none even though we are the only server who gives them fairly accurate feedback.

Tanks are nerfed when OP. Rightfully so. No PvP game survives without balancing. Ever. I don't cry when OP tanks are nerfed, and tanks that are weaker than others are buffed. But no, nobody ever complains about buffs.
And evidently "paint on a pig" is a DirectX upgrade that brings the game to much more modern standards for game performance. Rather than using DX9.0C.
And seems you haven't heard of the sandbox plans, which is a major overhaul to the game itself.

Chinese is kind of moot, though, as they do whatever they want on that server. Good example is that the Chinese tanks still have 300mm HEAT pen, and CW tanks are sold for cash.

Forgets the Bias-3 HD buff that removed/made irrelevant the weakspots it had, making a best in class and perhaps tier even more retardedly easy to play.

Former good, now merely a shadow of their former selves...
Hellcat
VK 3601H - nerfed 'to' heavy from medium
Those are maybe the two that most know (or forgotten in the later's case)

To be fair you have more than 5 useless tanks.

Look it is really this simple, well not simple really. You have five different classes of tanks that perform different roles (Heavy, Medium, Light, TD, and Arty). Within each class you have tanks that are different in performance and handling, you cannot compare a Hellcat to a Jgpz IV despite the fact they are both TDs and both tier 6s, each has their own strengths and weaknesses. Good players work within those parameters to get the most out of the tank, bad players expect the tank to do the work. Since the average win rate on the NA server is 48% there are a lot of, shall we say, questionable players as it applies to being good and driving with skill.
I love my Hellcat, and when they nerfed it I changed the way I drove it and I still love my Hellcat. IMHO they didn't wreck the Hellcat when they nerfed it, they turned it into what it is supposed to be and that is a tier 6 TD. Before that people drove it more like a medium tank then a TD. This is just one example.
Yes the game is as balanced as one can make it, considering the huge number of variables, and a nerf just means YOU need to adapt your play style to the new parameters. That is what good players do.
