You should probably put them all in one tank to make us of their Sisterhood of Steel perk. It's kind of a waste of potential to use them because you don't want to grind out sixth sense.

Well if he only has two there's not much he can do about that, can he. I mean, if he wanted to he could've trained them french and for the ELC...but really.

The idea is that you don't have to get all the female crew members immediately to play the tank. You just phase out the male crew as you acquire female crews from mission. For example, I knew I wanted a female crew for my Russian meds that I was grinding out at the time. First, I got my commander w/ sixth. Continued to play that tank and other tanks. Got another female crew member, replaced my gunner, and so on. Eventually, as you complete missions, you'll unlock a full crew for one tank. Sure, you can put them in the same nation and different tanks to make use of their sixth sense, but you're gonna be paying copious amounts of gold to change their primary qualification later when you move them to one tank. Separately, they're arguably worse than their male counterparts because they aren't able to learn Brothers in Arms, of which the SoS perk isn't compatible with.

Oh that's what you meant, ok. Yeah I agree with you. I just didn't understand what you meant before.
