The problem is not which one makes the most-it is which one can you play the best?

If you play a tank well then you will naturally get more credits. Also, if you dont have premium time, consider getting it, because otherwise with bad games in premium tanks you ill just break even.

So what tanks do you enjoy playing?

If someone were to tell you that the JT 8.8 makes great credits but, you don't play know how to play it or TDs in general, you will be disappointed if you buy it. Ultimately the best earner is the one you can do well in.

Just get a premium that A)is a tank type you enjoy, and B) can be used to train crews for tank lines you already have.

jg tig 8.8

armored, easy to use.  and has a money printing press on its rear.   oh and capable.

lowe, difficult to use, but thankfully you don't need to do well to collect the massive paycheck this thing gives.  it prints like no tomarrow(which there isn't when you see the enemy team's arty)

those are the 2 big ones that tend to be agreed upon.

now for the debatable ones

T34,  good gun, easy to do damage, and with a bit of thinking easy to do dmg while taking little to no dmg in return.    its easy of doing dmg, on top of the 248pen shells for 1k each.  means it prints credits due to not needing to waste all your profit on gold to pen stuff your own tier

IS-6, easy to use, easy to survive in,  little skill required.    with a high dpm, good mobility, and OP armor for anything that isn't tier 8 or above with massive pen.   this bully tank farms dmg on low tiers easily. and builds up credits easily.

however, when vsing other IS-6s, or IS-3s, or tier 9s.   it can be forced to use gold, and thus cut its profit down significantly (at 4-5.6k a shot.....)

FCM50t,  prem MM, a easy to use gun.  mobile and comfortable.  all it lacks is armor.   with 200 credit 213pen shells. its easy to farm credits.    but with its lack of armor and low alpha, you do need to be careful if you want to add up the dmg for a high credit income,  cause dying early won't help you deal the dmg you get in high alpha tanks.

panther 8.8,  good gun, and high credit income.   it should be the king of credit making,  except it sees tier 10, its gold round is bleh(4k for 240 dmg....),  its gun depression is bad,  no armor, meh mobility,  and collecting dmg in this without taking it in return means that this is a really harsh tank to use in most situations. which is sad as the difficulty it takes to use does NOT equal its payout.

IS-3A,  high pen, IS-3's biased armor, a superior turret, and no killable loader.   This tank is a nightmare to fight in tier 8.  and tier 6 and 7s should fear this as much, if not more, than the IS-6.     with its high pen round it doesn't need gold like IS-6.

but it sees tier 10,  and its pen will struggle vs tier 10s.  its bad mobility(worse than IS-6) will hamper it.     so its a roll of the dice, but all things considered, it beats ALOT of the other tanks in ease of use.

and thats about it, all other tanks can be good, but are more difficult to make alot of credits in. though they can be more fun to use.

Many of the good money makers are not available in the store anymore.

FCM 50t makes good credits, Super P , if you can manage to penn anything without gold rounds, or really wrack up the HP. Both are preferential MM tanks.

The Mutz if you could get one.

Many of the Premiums are Gold slingers, so if they go back to gold rounds being paid out by actual gold, it will make these tanks virtual unics.

I believe the Lowe and T34 are known as the best credit earners, you get extra for shooting tanks 2 tiers above you. The Bais-6 is a good solid earner if you don't shoot gold at everything that moves and is stupidly noob friendly.

Depending on what you like to play - HT or TD, mobile tanks or slower ones?

Full MM:

Lowe - 234 pen cuts trough 99% of oponents. Rarely need to use gold shells. My most favorite premium tank with full MM. Not needing to use premium shells allows big earnings. Is slow and rather easy to pen by tier 10s even into turret.

AMX CDC - requires a bit skill to use. To know where to go, where you can depress gun and have easy route to escape. Still 212 pen good enough for flanking. rarely use premium shells.

Limited MM:

Jagd88 - Premium shell is barely any improvement from ordinary, so you'll be little motivated to switch to apcr. Said that insane RoF allows you to permatrack enemies while flanking them. Shells are incredibly cheap.

But those are two tanks I own and which I consider to be extraordinary in making credits. In the end, judge yourself:

Try and avoid buying non pref MM tanks, imo.

The most tragic thing is that credits are "unwanted result" of improving crews :D As you can see, they are being improved very well ^-^

Guess I have to start *tumblr-like trigger alert*

FCM or T34 is the best because of their high pen. less gold = more profit

What are you good at?  Do you need a crew trainer?  Add the two together and you may have just found your nationality.  Now buy!  Pref MM tanks are going to disappear in the near future one after another.  I would go with the Super Pershing personally.  Medium that plays like a heavy in all aspects except the Alpha really.  Money wise the JG88 is one of the best, but will only be seen during some event again.  The Lowe (Non pref) is up there too, but has a bad rep, not because its bad, but because many bad players buy one and can't figure out how to use it.  Has decent armor if used well, decent RoF, and good Alpha.  Another option people will talk you into is the likes of the IS-6...WZ-111 (if it comes out for sale), or the 112.  However, and this is personal opinion I can't really stand any of those tanks.  IF they pen and you can come up against weaker armored enemies they are great.  Face up against tier 9 heavies and you will find yourself slinging gold and still not penning.

FCM-50T is great and one of my favorite...however it does NOT play like a traditional heavy and more like a medium.  Be aware of that!

Any Prem that does not need to shoot gold will treat well, Lowe, FCM 50t, and Mutz are pretty good earners for me.
