o.m.f.g. that just made my day :)
now i'm actually looking foward to the t34 as a premium at tier 8 (I assume with the lowe and kv-5) and not with the 105mm as a nerfed T32.

I do think they will have to nerf it to make it suit the tier unless they keep it at tier 9.

It will probably have the mobility of stock T29...

There is no chance of it keeping RoF.

It would be OP for T8 with it.

If they're keeping it to its historical configuration which has the Allison engine, then it won't be. I'm assuming they'll just nerf its hitpoints appropriately, and reduce RoF on the 120mm gun.

Edit:

LOL, and the answer is reinforced in another post, just so we have no doubt that the T34 will be getting that 120mm.

Color me surprised.  Never thought in a million years they would let it keep the 120mm.

The gun will probably have its accuracy and rof nerfed. And turret rotation speed, of course.

And people are saying the Lowe's gun is too powerful.

But as long as it keeps its Pen it should generate as much income, if not more, than a Lowe.  Just got done looking at tanks specs for the 120mm and the Lowe's 105.  The 120 has 32mm more pen but fires 20% faster (roughly).  Im sure that will be lowered to around the Lowe's ROF, Im cool with that.  It should "deliver the goods" better due to it s higher potential penetration though and hence (IMO) earn more cash in a match.

It'll probably be similar to the BL-9. I hope it has more penetration though...

At last, the best gun instead of the worst! And at a tier where it can actually make up for the terribad T29 hull.

I just hope they only nerf its RoF, though I wouldn't be too upset if the penetration was reduced to the same as the Lowe.

This is pretty awesome news as I will personally use this tank to farm for my tier 10's, but I still stand by my argument that with a simple ROF nerf this gun will be overpowered at tier 8. More penetration than the lowe, and more damage than the BL-9. And it also doesn't logically stack up with WG's theory of ROF to have a 120mm slower than their 105's considering size seems to mean everything to them.

You can hide the hull in most cases to protect yourself. Still, overpowered weapon or not, I will abuse this until it gets nerfed if it ever does.

Don't be jumping for joy too much over this Overlord answer.  As he seems to change his ideas on an almost hourly basis.  Since this reply from him, it's probably changed 5 times already.  While I think it would be awesome if this proves to be correct, you almost for sure know unless your a complete dolt, something will be nerfed, or changed from the T34 as it presently sits.  I'll eat my hat if they keep the 120mm as it currently sits on the T34.
