This seems a bit dangerous, especially with no resets ever.

Is there a way to check our warnings/strikes?

They don't just ban people because someone reported them without cause.

WG investigates every report to see if it's justified.

Bwa haa haa haaaaa, lol.  Good one.  NA reporting system is 100% automated

Yes, The in game TK system will remain unchanged.

But that is the thing that is mostly hurting the game. Artillery players splashing friendlies even through they're face hugging. Players just shooting other players tracks to enrage them and make them tk them. Griefing with team damage in general. Knowing the threshold and when to stop but newer players don't.

From the bottom of my heart, Ghost. This will not work. Even with me getting down to basically 0 warning points, it's impossible to stay out of the moderator's eyes unless you just don't post. This will lead to alot of players just getting ROs accidentally and then "oh you're now perm banned". Anything can basically get RO'd nowadays. I'm not trying to insult you guys, I think you do an amazing job. But there have been times when the RO's we get are... Rather mundane and there are times when you guys are on point and get rid of trolls rather quickly. But now with this policy you're just putting them all under a blanket and saying "These are the bad players" instead of trying to see what they are. This is treating people who get minor 1 point warning violations with people who spam, bad post and troll.

I in no way, shape, fashion, nor form see this as being abused by either the masses or a few individuals

As it is currently, you will be able to file a support ticket to appeal any sanction.

Currently when you file a support ticket to appeal sanctions, for the forums they refer you to yourself via PM for resolution. Will that system be streamlined to be handled by the support system as well?

Where can we go to see our current status?  I suspect I'm at zero, but I have no idea where to look.  It would be difficult to appeal if you don't know about a ding and have a button to click for an appeal.

Will current or pass infractions go against you to your overall 5 strikes before the starting of the system?

It hasn't been fully automated in a while now, it's just team damage that is 100% automated.

I should ask, what makes an account an active account? Is there a certain number of battles that need to be played monthly/weekly?

Right, because there's never been a case of an over-zealous moderator with grudges against certain players.

Or moderators who are functionally clueless about the policies they are supposed to be enforcing.

And certainly WGNA won't side with the moderators decisions by default and make appeals basically useless / too frustrating to bother with.

Like how NA was the only server to not remove T-22s, and coincidentally WGNA employees mentioned on a WG stream that they participated in rigging to get T-22s on their personal accounts.

You preach transparency, yet clearly the NA office plays by its own nebulous rule book, what tools are you providing players to hold YOU accountable for your actions?

If a moderator gets 5 disputes overturned will they be fired? Seems only fair that they get a permanent employment suspension.

So, to be clear, 5 1 hour team damage bans can lead to a permanent game suspension?

So are we ever going to see accounts that have under 100 battles on forums with thousands of posts taken care of? or are they allowed to post on alt accounts on the forums without being banned?

Shutting down the forum is a better idea.

hahaha yeah right they investigate... just like they took away reports with replays because it was too much for them to handle. I love the fact that accounts that have hundreds of dollars + now risk perma bans.... Great idea (Not)

So what about in-game reports?  How are these treated?  If myself and two platoon mates mass report somebody, can we eventually get them banned for being better than us?
