Sorry Suryia, I know that you did a great job on them, but it's against the rules to try to sell them here.

It's best if you delete this thread before you get in trouble for it.

You might want to sign up for eBay, I know a number of sellers there are selling built kits for pretty good prices.

Well he´s not selling them here per se...

Maybe if the op edits the title and some words here and there, like sale, business, sell, purchase, etc...

gj gl btw

Yeah, if he gets rid of those words and just creates a topic called "hey check out my models", then it would be fine.

I really hope he hurries up and edits before a mod walks in here.

I have so much trouble with the copula vision ports.

I've started trying a base silver, then thinned blue, then thinned white, then thinned black.

I found that Testors aqua from their boyds line looks decent.  Not perfect, but glossy and easy.

On your Sherman, it's too blue. Which is the problem I am having.

try a blue magic marker, I've used a black one for tanks wheels.

Yes, outside like that it looks bluer, but indoors tones it down.  If you display your works in something with natural lighting, you get that effect.  But under regular incandescent or florescent lighting, it seems to tone down the blue.

Thanks. Nice SU-152.  Looks like my SU-152 in WOT with the track shot off

There is no easy paint solution for this.  Try using a carefully cut piece of acetate attached with a very small amount of white wood glue over a black background. An alternate would be to use glossy scotch tape trimmed to fit (also very difficult)

The E75 did not present this issue in that the hull and turret periscopes were provided with clear plastic pieces. The copula periscope were quite recessed so they really were not all that visible. just used aluminum lightly dusted with the base colour

Rubber wheels rims on real tanks tend to turn gray over time.  I used panzer gray applied with a microbrush for rubber rims and then often a light white wash over top depending on the effect I want .  It's also useful to nick the rubber road wheels because they tend to degrade when in use for a while. Nice thing about the late German tanks in that they used the all steel wheels

Hi Folks

I'm building a WOT IS-7 using the 1/35 Trumpeter kit as my starting point. Great kit btw. I would like to finish it in the winter white camouflage however I don't yet own an IS-7 yet (still working my way through the T-10). If anyone has an IS-7 in their garage with the winter white cam could you post some garage screen shoots here. I could use 6 pictures: front, back, left, right, top front, top back.

Be sure to check out my E-75's

Thanks in advance
