If you go to finder you can search for "world of tanks" and then navigate to the replays folder from the main application folder. I ended up adding a shortcut to my menu bar on the desktop because it's a pain otherwise.

Finder --> Documents --> World of Tanks --> Replays

Depending on the selected settings, you could find all replays, the replay from the last battle you were in, or none at all.

The OS has nothing to do with the ability to save replays. Getting to know the file system is the real key, and as KyKy pointed out, its pretty easy.

Hmmm - the WoT Mac Wrapper creates a [Replays] folder by default when it installs.

Try sorting the ~/Documents/WoT/ folder by name.
