I start the game client, and when I click play the screen goes away and nothing happens, does anyone happen to know the answer?

Did you install the Game Client?

If you've done that then look for any pop-ups, possibly the operating system saying you don't have rights (you need to be administrator) or it may be blocked by your Anti-virus/Firewall.

Depends on the AV/Firewall, and sometimes the messages can be turned off once it's installed. If you're the administrator on the computer you can try to disable it temporarily and see if it will let you start the game, just remember to turn it back on.  :Smile_great:

the top link has me confused, all the fancy gb and odd words, Im not a computer tech, second one I did like it said and unticked allow torrents, and it still hasnt worked

That happened to me too, plus I noticed the game took a REALLY long time to complete the install. I uninstalled and installed again (lot shorter the 2nd time) and it worked just fine.
