I don't see any dimensions on the drawings but the proportions look good and you can possibly print and extrapolate dimensions. Cool idea! Please post pics

An idea would be to buy the 1/35 scale model (or 1/72 if you can't find it) produced by DML. Look on Ebay. Take the measurements from the model kit and convert the measurements to a 1:1 scale. Example; if the 1/35 scale road wheel is 10mm, then the 1:1 size would be 350mm. Actual measurement = the model's measurements X the scale. So 1 inch on a 1/35 scale would = 35 inches and 1 inch on a 1/72 would = 72 inches.
It's not exact, but if you combine those with the other dimensions on like the wikapedia if should get you pretty close.
Having a model kit of it will allow you to add a great many details than just looking at in-game pics. If you cannot find one, PM me later and I will see if I still have one that I can get measurements for you.

I've also seen DYI mini tanks that they used Cordless Drill motors in for propulsion, so I'm assuming they'd have enough juice for turning a turret. If you counter balance it good and mount it on ball bearings, you might not need anything else besides a push bar, as rotational force is pretty easy to get going...
