Crew percent stays in the white, they don't operate at a lower percentage, havent tried KV5 crew on a KV-1S yet.

Not a bug: it's one of the hidden benefits of premiums  :Smile_honoring:

Normal tanks of the same weight class as premiums can transfer their crew to the premium tank with no skill losses.
