when you are been hit or fire upon you get a circle with an arrow to show you which directions the shorts are coming from.  Is that arrow in reference to the tank or the turret.  thanks

I think its in relation to the direction you are looking when in sniper view. So I assume its turret orientation.

It's in relation to where you're looking, not to the hull or the turret.

Same as a FPS...  Just remember arty shots that miss and do splash will look like they're coming from the direction that's hit (eg. if shell lands behind you it will show up as a hit from behind)
