My only Statement in this section is:

Please enlarge the clickbox for autoaim since vanilla autoaim is just a huge pain in the A S S. Ok thats all

^^^ This

Or make it so you can hold down the right mouse button have auto aim lock when you actually highlight the tank rather than having to hold the highlight while you right click

There is always this:

That was an old post by Jewel Thief more than 4 year ago turned into an WOT article now.

Is aslians banned?

Can we use it in its current cleaned up state?

Aslain's fine---he keeps up with WG's near daily pronouncements on what's legal and what's not

Not according to me but according to WG Staff. http://forum.worldof...7#entry13403197

It's a bit strange... still conflicting information; from two sources that haven't had any additional confirmation to them.

I'm done with this game. I tried running the game with no mods because I have no freaking clue what is or is not illegal. The game mechanics are awful without mods and simply just not playable. I think Wargaming made an awful decision and users are going to leave in droves. I spent a boatload of money on this game and I'm furious that I did so. Screw them.

Cheers

REMOVE WN8 NOW!!!!

Too bad WG forces you to look up other players' WN8 and display yours in your signature.

Oh, wait, they don't?!

We've just initiated a policy in clan that if you're popped for an illegal mod you're out. Even tho WG will give a second chance we won't. Our commander uses XVM to track his progress in battle so it doesn't look like we're gonna ban it. I have made it clear to everyone tho that if I find out they are XVM sniping I will do all I can to have them kicked out or demoted, which as PO for our clan it won't be that hard to do lol. Hopefully we can work out our own list of forbidden mods so that we can start checking clan members python logs randomly, they're easy enough to read so it would be an effective way to keep BTB clean

XVM doesn't track your progress in battle at all, but regardless, it would be foolish to ban it considering it's the most popular mod there is, and even if you did ban it, you can't easily track or enforce that.  You'll ban everyone who doesn't provide a Python.log? .... a log which is easily modifiable anyway?

XVM Sniping is a bit silly at times; you should take out the highest threat regardless of WN8, and that might often be a tank that you can one shot, even if its an awful player.  However, even without XVM, you can always snipe clan tags - I'd guess the majority of good players/unicums are in clans, and it's not hard to remember the best clans.

No one wants to play with cheaters, but what constitutes a cheat is up to Wargaming, not you.

If the log has been modified since the last battle it's noticeable

How?  It's easy to manipulate the last modified/saved time/date stamp.

Is using an arty mod that allows to see the flight time of YOUR round illegal? Felt I needed to stress that it would be for my own round. And if not where do I find one? This would be massively useful for arty tomatoes like me. Thanks.

I had assumed he meant something different, but I see now it was probably that.  All the same, damage counters are in vanilla now.

Most people are sloppy and ignorant when it comes to these things. I also have forensics tools, which I know how to use on my Kali machine, so it wouldn't be that simple. One question, how often do you modify your python logs?

Yeah but you also know how people tend to be creatures of habit

i don't look up other players wn8's. I just display mine  to show i'm improving. Since the standard for being a real person in this community relies souly on you statitics in a tank game.

Now....don't you have a bus to go play under uniScum?

Sounds like a really fun clan!  do you collect their blood and stool samples too and test for illicit drug usage?

If after 24k games you can't figure out how to play without mods then you leaving is the best news I've heard all day

Not my fetish or my concern, I'm only interested in the integrity of the game and of my clan
