For it's tier it's not that bad. When you play tier V and IV.... oh boy.....

This would be a PERFECT pref MM at tier IV!

After they buff TOG2, T14, Matilda IV, M4 improved, and other meh tanks..... (anyway they may not be competitive, but any tank does good with a good player)

About preferential MM, WG want to get rid of it, that's why they are replacing all the pref MM tanks in the store for new competitive non-pref MM tanks. So nope, they wont put more Pref MM, unless they can't think of nothing better to do.

It's okay as is.  When bottom tiered, premium rounds aren't too expensive.

In the M4 Improved, it isn't called vomiting.....it's PROJECTILE vomiting.

About some of that tanks simple does not matters if you are "Vomiting Gold" or not, take for example the Matilda IV its gets a 100mm of pen (APCR). The M4 Improved get something about 127mm, than really doesn't matters, cus its still not enough to pen even some tiers 6 !

Some stupid people would probably say stupid things like: You are a medium flank the anemies its a most, [edited]that how could you even think to flank a OI in a Matilda IV how its almost more slower than the OI.

Then what a good player can do ? AVOID play against heavily armored Tanks!

Then what ?

Move to parts of the maps that light/mediu tanks like/prefer to play, and eat then with your good rate of fire and armor.

Forget about the top tier heavy tanks, cus how much of their mediums you kill / damage, it will make the life of the top tier mediums of your own team easier, by that they can focus fighting with the top tanks on the enemy team.

But if your team are bad, then you are toast, do the best you can and make your damage.

Usually bad players are the ones firing nothing but PREMIUM ammo.

I've had some really good games in my AC 1.  Almost any tank seems like it needs a buff when you're bottom tier.  Every tank seems like a god when it's top tier.  The AC 1 is a fun tank when you can flank.

That hasn't been my experience.  While EVERYONE seems to be flinging premium ammo these days...if I see a blue/purple they are almost always flinging gold.

If the win rate remains the current 49.8 percent, give or take, no. It's within 'balanced' parameters..

I find Sentinel to be one of those odd tanks for which every rational stat and assessment indicates that the tank should be horrible, but despite that, it just seems to 'work' for me. Judging by the average win rate, it seems my experience is not unique.

Since the patch that introduced premium rounds for silver, it has become a VERY common thing for all levels of players to vomit out these shells nearly constantly.  It is by and large why I don't play armored tanks any more, premium rounds aren't nearly so annoying when your tank wasn't ever balanced against its armor.  I think in many ways it's also why the meta has changed in my opinion to much more mobile tanks, there is no disadvantage for those types of tanks because they have been balanced against their speed and maneuverability ... in some case's having bad guns to balance very nice mobility /speed ... which makes the premium rounds even more attractive because they negate a balancing parameter in the players favor.

The sentinel is one of those tanks, where it is clearly much more able to handle tier 5's and 6's when you press 2 and go from 64 pen to 121 pen.  Its pretty much obvious.  Using the base round on tier 2-3's and some 4's and the premium rounds on all the others.  WG pretty much knows this though :)

I like my Sentinel, but I can honestly say it doesn't fire premium rounds at tier 5 and 6 tanks o.O

My question is to all of you running the Sentinel 1:  How many of you are running food?  I ask

because I spent about 50 games and got a winrate 43%.  After I started running food, my

winrate shot up.

I'm not going to waste food on a tier IV tank.  You'll "eat" all of your profits.

I never use food on any of my vehicles, my win rates are reasonable enough :)  Think you hit a placebo effect there o.O

My win rate is at 45.10% after 69 games and I do not run food on it.   I am going to have to try and see if it does affect my winrate in a positive manner.  I have Aced it once....I agree with The_Chieftain in regards to it, it can surprise you at times.   All in all I like mine.....Now we just need the AC3 to go along with AC1, AC4.

They should buff it to go as fast in reverse as it does forward. Then call it the AC/DC because it goes both ways...

To me it is just a B1/B2 without the benefit of limited MM and for that reason being bottom tier against Japanese boxes is a painful experience let alone facing the rape laser T67s. I wouldn't mind buying the AC3 for the collection but personally I do not enjoy playing struggle premiums especially at lower and mid tiers.

...  I kept it for tourneys only...  Still have yet to use it over the Luchs, Hetz, or T28 w/ F30 though...

Wasn't a placebo effect.  Food help cut down on aimtime and enabled me to shoot from

farther distances.  Please don't lecture me on it's sniping abilities and how it needs to brawl.

After a few games of finding out how it works, I still ended up shooting at uncomfortable

ranges because of things going out whack.  I just kept getting screwed over and over again

in that tank.

I personally don't run any food. I know that you get a bump from it but I just don't .
