You do realize WG is staffed by real people who have real lives that don't revolve around your pixel reality and rather than having to deal with you ungrateful and self-centered bunch they get some time off intermittently to spend with family and friends. To me WG has done some things that I don't necessarily agree with and they have some things to fix but that's not enough for me to be a turd in the forum.

You do realize that the backbone on which we all partake is outside of the scope of WG's ability to fix or influence. The very fact that I run 30ms East and 70ms West day in day out is one small indicator that your section of the grid is different from mine, and far from WG's ability (nor should they) to affect.

 

Also, Zero Day attacks are up, and the net is swamped with all kinds of new activity, hackers be warming up for some goodies!

 

The patch is the issue, not the internet.

 

RU and EU players are suffering from the same issues as NA Players and they all started with the release of 0.9.17

That is within WG's ability to fix or influence.

On the surface, we pretend to hate you Wg. We find something wrong with every detail in the game. 

 

But deep down we are mushy and gushy! :P We l love you guys, and have a good time on break! ;)

If you spent money on the game it was for gold, premium time, premium tanks, etc. WG does not charge money to customers for a patch update so if there are any issues you can not state you did not receive a satisfactory working product that you paid for in regards to the update. If the gold/Premium time/Premium tank is not is satisfactory working condition I would recommend reaching out to WG to rectify the situation or you can always disputing the charge with your credit card company as they are the ones who are actually legally obligated to process a dispute where as the merchant may not be obligated. (yes, I do work for a credit card company before you ask :) )

Sorry but with your grammar, spelling and legality advise, you have no idea what you are talking about.

I don't even think you work for a credit card company, if you do, it is to answer phones with sole objective to direct a call, at best.

On the real though, this issue began with the patch, if they need help fixing the patch(there is a few game breaking issues), there is more then enough Members in this Community to help fix the issue.

People would like to play the game, that is it.

I have experienced none of the issues. Look at my battle count, I am on fairly regularly. Even so, say they can fix a server side issue, I am still pretty sure there is no "SLA" Service Level Agreement in the EULA which lays out metrics like Jitter, Latency, SRTT (Smooth Round Trip Time) for client/server communications. That would be suicide as they are essentially offering a "Cloud" service which rides on the free Internet, and no one truly has control over that, especially if Net Neutrality is being observed by major carriers.

 

However, if it is something they can fix, it behooves them to do so, not due to a EULA or SLA, but because happy customers are paying customers. Just clarifying, as they are under no legal obligation, but a smart business would do what they could and within their power to keep customers happy.

you took 3 of the good maps from us give [edited]Y PILSON AND [edited]TER PARIS and mess up spotting than take away aiming asst . I don't know what tank you drive but mine has 4 to 6 in it that can target I spent 500$ last year eat crapyour getting 0 next year [edited]the game up more
