So I just got 2 $25 prepaid cards as an early Christmas present and neither of them work. I keep getting "Payment temporarily unavailable due to technical issues." I know I'm trying to redeem it in the right place and I looked around and found out I'm not the only who is having and has had this issue. If I could get some help on this, that'd be great.

You might need to establish a Pay Pall account and attach the card(s) tothe account and then replace it with a new one when needed again.

If the card says "Electronic Only" then you can't use it online. I got one as well and went to use it here only for it to constantly not go through because, here to find out, I can't use it online.

Thanks for the fast replies guys, just submitted a support ticket, lets see how fast I can have this fixed. ( Just so everyone understands, I've tried every possible way the code could possibly be put in )

Remember its case sensitive and do NOT use spaces.

Same thing happened to me. Received two Wargaming prepaid cards as a gift and when I tried to redeem I got the same message as the original poster. However, then it allowed me to redeem one of the cards, great. I went to redeem the second card and it tells me I've already redeemed that card. So I'm thinking maybe I did, and I put in the other card number and it tells me this card has been redeemed, what? I put the other number in and it says it's been redeemed. I filled out a ticket, but I'm beginning to worry because I have redeemed only $25 and I should have $50 in gold. I'll fill out another ticket, but this is very irritating when they don't have a customer service number you can call.

Same here. If the shop payments are not fixed by the end of tomorrow that's kinda trash as their are deals we are wanting. :great:

oddly, i had the very same issue you where having...kept typing it in..wouldnt go. than i did it again just now and it went...i think the problem is that the server for this system is getting overloaded by people redeeming cards(which seems odd..as i doubt there was THAT many people doing it at the same time). regardless..for me its solved. i do hope that all yours are fixed soon.

I have been trying for over a week to get mine to work. This is unacceptable wargaming. I havent even got a reply to the ticket I submitted. Maybe you should use some of the crap ton of money your players spend on your game to make a better tech support system. Id just take the card back but its scratched off so im stuck with it.

yep me too, I have had this happen in the past.  They will fix it, but they will ask you to send pictures of the card, both front and back, just fyi

the help staff is on vacation until like the 9th or soemthing I read somewhere, so yeah, we are hosed-I normally use mine for premium time, so its not time sensative to me, but if you are wanting one of the sales they have then you might be hosed

Having this same problem. Wargaming basically told me that the card had already been redeemed (not by me) and that its not their problem. I should go back to the place I bought it.
