I think the tech tree's for the British and french are going to be a difficult thing for the Devs.
The french only had their own tanks early in the war, and not again till after the war creating a large tier gap.
Both french and British tech trees are going to be interrupted by the fact that some are current GOLD tanks and are used by other countries. For example the Russian tier 1 tank is a french design and would be the french tier 1. The American tank line uses many tanks the British used cause they sold them to the Brits. There would be a lot of redundancy between the two.
Others have talked about a Japanese tech tree. That too wod be quite short as Japan really didn't see the tank as westerners did. They designed them for infantry support and not for tank to tank combat. It wasn't untill late in the war that they realized the tanks true potential.
