I saw a post on reddit that if you spend 600 quartz on trying to get JAlter, you'd have something like a 75% chance to get her, but spending 900 actually drops your chances back down to 45%. Don't spend too much on a mobile game. D:
Welp, I guess that's that.
Got two 5 stars, but neither of them were the Dragon Witch I so wanted. For additional fun, both were Saber class, of which I already have Bride. So basically two 5 stars I didn't need. Better luck next time, I guess...

On one hand, I never use any of the multitude of Kongos I ended up with, not a Kongo fan at all.
On the other hand, once they're gone they're gone for good, and it would break up the collection.

In my considered opinion, while practical from a business point of view, and amoral and cruel from a social point of view, the report illustrates why for-profit business isn't always the best way to do everything. Businesses will not act in a fashion that doesn't best serve their vested self interest (aka profit margins) and often times what is best for society as a whole is not the most profitable path to take.
It's usually not the most profitable path. Doing things takes money. And the things worth doing from the viewpoint of sustaining our species cost a lot and don't have much direct financial return other than the improved quality of life of our species and sustenance of our planet to continue existing. "Business" isn't the solution for everything.

Yes, because people were forced to choose to between Donald Trump and Satan at gunpoint. The choice was between a status quo candidate and a candidate that vowed to burn it all down. It was a choice between "This isn't ideal" and "This guy vows to absolutely destroy our country".
But you know what? You're absolutely right. We would've been screwed either way. We either would've gotten 4-years of unprecedented criminality, corruption and kindergarten authoritarianism under Donald Trump or a minimum of 4-years of absolute obstructionism, active sabotage of our country and manufactured drama courtesy of the congressional GOP if Hillary won.
I can't give this more than a single +1, unfortunately.
Also:
Why does the new rear turreted russian medium only have 60mm of side armor? That's 20 less than the T9, which is a great little side scraper. So much for keeping the playstyle the same.

Wow ... had you not prefaced this photo as real ... I'd kneejerk it to some Photoshopper drunk on the smart clone tool (although with some kudos to prespective shift) ...

I thought I recognized that, and a double check on google maps confirms. It's in Baltimore. Camden Yards baseball stadium is on the right and the Baltimore Convention Center is just out of view to the front left.

yes, it's the old B&O warehouse, its only been hit by a home one once and that was by Ken Griffey Jr. during a home run derby.

Nah, Hillary would have made a better POTUS than Trump. Hell, I even voted for her. (The holding my nose and taking a long bleach shower afterwards are metaphorical, but I really did have more than one drink after getting home from the polling location...)
Getting shot in the foot is also better than getting shot in the head.
Instead of Trump's disdain for everything, we'd just have had Hillary's disdain for everyone who voted for Trump and everyone who doesn't live in the "good parts" of the country. Hell, I voted for her, and she lumps me in with all those people who don't matter any more, living in places she thought she could ignore or take for granted.
See, the problem is that even with Hillary, the Congress wouldn't have changed composition. We'd have at least another 2 years of the "status quo" since 2016, which would be McConnell and Ryan refusing to nominate appointees (unlike Trump who prefers to leave positions empty), holding another 20 hearings on Benghazi, and general obstructionism.
Trump's presidency is leading to the Blue November. I have mixed feelings about a Democratic majority Congress, but I think it would be better then the current composition.

we are looking at a possible ice storm. I think I'm going to have to stock up on anything I can eat without needing heat or electricity to prepare in case the power goes out. So... Sandwich stuff and whatever canned food is OK to eat cold, I guess.
