I am not. In fact I am not currently building anything. I am considering the Tamiya Mk. 5 though... Im just hung up on the having to paint it nonsense...

Of course you have to paint it. That's like the whole thing about building models!

[To be fair, I have a lot of various models is stats of being painted, some in a effectively permanent space of just being primed]

Fine, just fine, paint it however you want. Just make sure I get to see it when you're done.

I can always repaint it how I want after you mail it to me.

Lol, Mario world's getting a P40 and I'm gonna get Avalon to pay for it!

That's what I was telling him earlier, but Avalon is completely hung up on the "painting" part.   Now if someone made a kit pre-shot in the correct colors like a gundam kit, he'd be all over that.  But no one does that for tanks :(

Literally, I just want to build the thing and have the thing look like the thing on the box. I feel like there is a large segment of people who like to build things and would love to build models of things, but are turned off because 90% of scale model kits are unpainted.

It does feel satisfying to finally work through the back log of unpainted/primed models when you do the find time/motivation.

(Ill get round to you some day 20+ DW intercessors just as soon as you become fun to paint or good on table)

I've been making steady progress on 2 GK strike squads and a bunch of Sisters of Battle.

I completed all of Shadowspear in Space Wolves over the summer, plus an additional Exorcist and a Custodes biker. I also completed all but one Panzer IV of the Flames of War starter set and a company of T-34-85's.

Thats significantly more than I managed this summer. All I've got done is 10 Warderns and 10 (totally legitimate) Agamatus Jetbikes. Its not even like I dont have a million things to paint its just so hard to find the motivation to paint more space men in black power armour :(

A. I am not building anything right now.

B. If I were to build anything, it wouldn't be a piece of Italian garbage.

C. If I were to build anything, I wouldnt mail it to you. Or anyone else. But especially not you.

Mailing a built model is a great way to (at least partially) un-build it, however.

(Unless you really overengineer your packaging.)

I really want the downvote button back.

[edit] Like seriously, isn't WGNA's "experiment" over and they were supposed to ask us for feedback?!

Does the downvote button actually have a serious effect though? It doesn't do anything.

I really have no use for down vote buttons. It plays favorites, suppresses superior opinions & creativity, and is truly an un-American concept & device.

Aight, you can do the decals and I'll build & paint the thing. We'll still need mermaid witches credit card # so she can order one from Amazon & lord Commander can handle the mailing costs.

Lol, don't go postal, it was just a suggestion. We'll Fed- Ex it instead.

They all say that at first. Then they build one and never go back.

Why would it do anything?

What does accumulating negative points do for a post or poster? Odds are, those posting disruptive posts don't care about incurring negative points, since there's no associated penalty.
