Unanimously dismissed -- which includes the 2 Republicans.
Majority opinion's major point... "You should have challenged this before the election, you waited until far too late". (Paraphrasing.)
Ruling also forbids the plaintiffs from refiling, even as a reconfigured complaint.
Evidently the Wisconsin recount that cost the Turducken Campaign $3,000,000... netted a few hundred more votes in margin for Biden.

ahh, Mark Levin, discount Rush Limbaugh.
Yeah, that new law, even after the "adjustment" sounds............pretty abusable.

Hell, even Limbaugh started calling out Trump's lawyers for not having the goods they're repeatedly promised.
Yeah, but that struck me as a little "you're failing daddy" with a side of "prepared to abandon ship", so yes smarter than Levin but he doesn't earn a cookie.

Kinda wish my nation would burst into flames like France does everytime the government did something shtty. Or to protect their worker rights from government/business .
I used to think the French were a little too inclined to get out there and protest, but the last few years is making me rethink that.

West Point and the Naval Academy both announced the uniforms for this years Army-Navy football game.
West Point is continuing the new tradition of honoring Army units with the uniform, this year is the 25th Infantry Division "Tropic Lightning".
The Naval Academy is celebrating 175 years with theirs.

The West Point stuff is really neat because of the history behind it, but I gotta say I prefer the Navy Academy's Marble looks.
