This just in: Trying to issue a slightly watered down version of an EO that was struck down will result in the new one getting struck down too.

Saw stuff about Sandbox Phase 4. The cliff notes:
-- Making stun time less didnt make it any more fun to be stunned. So now stun affects vehicle mobility by 30% instead of whatever it was before (50%?). (Weve gone from "does too much" to "wont be relevant". So tell me again... why is stun a thing?)
-- Splash radius was too big. So the radius has been reduced by 10% (meaning the area has been reduced by 19%). (So... this along with the above stun changes makes stun even less of a problem AND also makes arty less effective. I'm ok with it being less effective so... good job.)
-- All Spall liners now reduce stun time by 10%. (This just in Spall Liners are still a waste of an equipment slot.) Additionally the M53/M55 overperformed in phase 3 and the tier 8 and 9 British SPGS under performed. (Yep... the tier 9 US was OP and the 2 british vehicles sucked... I am unsurprised.)
-- The T-100 and Spz. 57's mobility and dynamic stats were lowered to make them in line with the other tier X lights. (Saw this coming...) Reloads of the Spz. 57, T-100 and WZ-132A were increased to avoid them becoming OP. AMX 13 105 reload was reduced to keep it relevant. (A french tank buff? Wat?) XM551 receieved considerable boost. (No idea what this means... apparently it was underpowered). The Spz. 57, T-100, XM551 Sheridan, AMX 13 105 and WZ-132A view range was slightly reduced to keep them from being overpowered. (Umm... WG.... the whole point of light tanks is to spot... maybe just make bigger maps instead?)
-- M41 gets its autoloader back. T49 gets the derp back. (AKA you all bitched and moaned incessantly so we caved).
