Being a total nerd, I'm annoyed they got the Star Destroyer from Star Wars wrong. It is depicted as an Imperial class which is 1600 meters long, not 900 meters. 900 meters would be the length of the no longer canon Victory class.

Not having watched the video yet, what length did they peg the Executor at? If it's ~8-10km, they might've downscaled the ISD to keep the SSD 11 times longer (rather than the SSD being a proper 18-19km long compared to a proper 1600m ISD).

I've been making videos recently for upcoming premium tanks since I've had a few people ask for me them.  It got me thinking that the unannounced tier 10 heavy coming in 9.22 could be the Object 777 version II.

It has been in the game files for a while now and fits the same play style the T-10 has.  All it really needs is a little DPM buff given the recent power creep in the game at high tiers. Took the plunge and made a video breaking down the tank and my thoughts.

What do you guys think?

19km. So they kept it at the proper length but downscaled the ISD.

The problem with education in the US is that it's designed and set up pretty much solely to funnel kids into college, and not to prepare them or educate them about life after school. Then on top of that, the colleges these kids are being directed towards and funneled into are only concerned about their bottom line and making a profit, so they're only making the problem worse.

^..Dude, I have to agree with you on that point, among the many other systemic educational problems.

And not only that, a'Murica' is rapidly becoming one of the most blindly obedient populations in the world, especially when it comes to tyrannical-authoritarian figures. {I need not mention any names...}

All in the name of "blind patriotism"...isn't that right people...?

So much for true critical thinking, and the civil right of the people to question authority. As someone else mentioned earlier in this thread, there just aren't enough *facepalms* to accurately illustrate what the rest of the civilized world is seeing right now, a'Murica'.

*Be careful when you fight the "monsters", a'Murica'....lest you become one.

Okay, question:  Which is more interesting?

A:  A sorcerer who believes that all magic is ancient technology from a long-dead race.

B:  A sorcerer who believes that all magic is bullcrap and any evidence to the contrary is part of the conspiracy, including her own spells.

I currently have about a page and a half of an "ancient technology" conspiracy theory written up, but I still have a week until the next session, so I have plenty of time to write a new theory.

I know its a comspiracy theory.. but B just seems... silly. A seems way more plausible... even for crazy nut job conspiracy nuts.

B isn't intricate self-confirming conspiracy theory, B is just plain bonkers delusional.

Yea... Im writing off the DoY campaign. Its not gonna happen. Not in 4 days, with Stage 4 and 5 being the grindiest BS possible. Too bad a premium KGV would have been nice. Will probably pick up a container pack to finish the collection atleast.

Yeah, the only way I can think of to make it work is to have her suffer from multiple personality disorder, with the dominant personality being unaware of a spell-casting personality.  And that that would be a pain in the neck to play with.

Selective amnesia, wherein she doesn't remember using magic? Those moments are just "blank spots" in her memory afterward. In combat, she uses magic, then forgets the incident once she's no longer needing to defend herself.

"Magic's not real. I keep telling you that."

"Come on, you were using it just fine in that battle we just survived."

"One, I can't use something that's not real, and B... what battle?"

But yes, A seems the easier (and less annoying) option to go. Be sure to have part of the technology being in every living thing, and declare that bit of technology to be called "midichlorians" and that you have to have above a certain amount of this "midichlorians" tech in you to use magic (and the more you have, the more powerful magic is available). ;)

Reagan did this speech in 1987, when he was 76 years old. Quite lucid, don't you think.

Or heck, here is G.W. Bush, who was born less than a month later than Trump, last year:

Make you consider whether using one's mind can extend its life.

GoldMountain, that sucks!  I encourage you to go see a doctor about it.

I say that because I fell on Tuesday at the entrance to my apartment and I would have spared myself A LOT OF PAIN if I had gone to see a doctor right away.  I've now learned that I need to sleep on the unhurt shoulder and to do that I need to pile cushions behind my back so that I can't turn in my sleep.  I was awake at 3 this morning with EXCRUCIATING pain before I figured out about the cushions.  That and I took another ibuprofen.

You joke, but that's basically what I ended up writing.  Technology based in the blood that allows one to manipulate the fabric of the Planes, causing what is referred to as "magic".  I also made sure to disparage Wizards as inferior spellcasters, since they rely on memorization and recitation to cast their spells instead of using instinct like Sorcerers do.

And of course, it wouldn't be a conspiracy theory if I didn't involve an immensely wealthy and powerful clan that owns the banks, controls governments behind the scenes, and has a plan for a one-world order with them at the helm.
