Please leave feedback relating to the re-balancing of tanks in update 9.17.1 in this thread.

I felt the T110E5 nerf was very uncalled for. All higher tier US heavies share the common feature of a very strong turret allowing for hull-down tactics. The E5's cupola always severely hindered this type of game play. After the cupola was buffed the tank was strong, but still balanced. A well place shot could still pen the cupola, and gold rounds had no issues going through. The lower plate and sides were paper thin, and had ammoracks. Now that the cupola has been nerfed the tank will drift off into irrelevance once again.

Need more buffs for British line. The Chieftain and some more lights would be great to, maybe a premium heavy at tier 8.

Lacking Attention to Detail

 

Some vehicles got over buffed

 

-Type 5

Too much armor with no weak points. Also premium ammunition that does 300 extra damage for 5x the cost. 

 

-Maus

Major increases in DPM and gun handling is overkill. 

 

-FV4202/Centerions

The top speed changes don't add any variety to the game and aren't historical. DPM buffs would have been more appropriate. 

 

-E75

This tank is already powerful and didn't need to be buffed. 

 

-Vk 45.02A

This tank is now officially more armored than the tiger II with better sloped 150mm of hull armor. If the mobility stats are the same, this change makes the the tiger II irrelevant. 

 

-Grille 15

Really harsh nerfs,  the reverse speed change would have been sufficient. 

 

Moreover,  some vehicles didn't receive nerfs. 

 

-skorpion G

The flexibility is too high for the gun preformence.

 

- t26e5/patriot  

This tank has little drawbacks with the best characteristics. This vehicle makes a large impact in CW and SH.

 

-Lowe

Over buffed last patch. This tank is better than the tiger II in just about every way except DPM. And has preferential matchmaking. 

 

-E25

To good with preferential matchmaking.

PZ III/IV was a great tank yesterday. I could routinely get a 10,000 or more pt game. Starting this morning after 9, I am blessed just to 4K! Was starting to like this defensive tank. Now disappointed. Heck of an update!!

To be fair on the other hand, I like my M4 Jumbo much better now. Upon update, I scored 17,000 right out of the barn!

First; whoever thought the Type 5 Heavy warranted a buff needs some serious help.

 

Second; I don't know what you did to the game, but the play doesn't feel right.  It is almost like when the ball is juiced in baseball to generate more home runs.  I don't know what it is you were after, but if it was a better play experience, you missed the mark.

WAY TO GO WAR GAMING!!!

You have effectively turned a POS tank into a playable , likeable contender with the Panther II top gun addition.

Although it still lacks armor and the power to weigh ratio is worse than a heavy ( ie..IS-3) it is still manageable.

Now if only you would fix it so that the engine isn't continually damaged each and every game, it would be balanced.

After playing today I enjoyed the improvements and new tanks the new tier 8 german heavy is a little weak and the maus is a little to fast on the reload other then that all good the is-4 is getting left behind so that will be a tank that will need a buff soon and some others too

The Maus is still auto-pen vs the same opponents it faces with 330mm+ HEAT shells.  It was buffed to help with angling the turret to actually protect it as it should have been, but point-and-click-without aiming on its cheeks with a T-54 results in the same outcome.  Also, the Maus wasn't played so they had to give it some incentive to get it back on the battlefield.  14s reload at tier X for ~490 dmg was quite pathetic.  Now the Maus is competive again up to a certain point.

 

Skorpion G is ok.  When spotted, its low hp make him a free xp for everyone else.  The tank is good, but its dispersion number of .30 is not what it is in really (more like .40).

 

T26e5 is just like a T32 with a 90mm, but the T32 has a better turret... should the T32 be nerfed too? Come on.

Okay really simple tell wg minsk to buff the panzer 4 smalturm from 300 hp to 440 hp like it is on the other versions of this game blitz and console don't tell me that they are similar to each other I have played all three

i like the chnages to some tanks, but i wonder will the older tanks that i woulds like to see buff will ever get buff like the t14, fury, beta sherman tank, and like that poor pz III k?

a big question i have for you at WG....

WHY do you seem to be forcing us to use gold

the lack of weakspots on some of these tanks is greatly concerning

 

keep in mind tier 6 and 7s see VK 100.01P

tier 8s see Maus.

 

 

i know you want to make armor relevant again.  but screwing people who still aim with normal ammo.  is a crap way of doing it.

your not hurting gold spammers at all.

stop with the frontally god mode heavies,  until you FIX YOUR MAPS so that flanking can be done by meds and lights (aka REMOVE THE TUNNELS YOU PUT ON MAPS TO GUARD HEAVIES SIDES.    if a heavy's side is guarded by terrain, be it open deadman land or a cliff wall,   then your FORCING people to do suicide rushes to get on the side.   or to engage frontally.)

I say give the Swedish TDs another 75 view range, increase their reverse speed another 25 mph and buff their camo rating another 35 percent.  That way they can spot from their spawn and directly shoot into the enemy's base right as the game starts.  What's next, Mexican mediums with 22 inch rims and curb feelers?

The Maus needed the DPM and frontal turret buff. Everything else was unnecessary.

The stayr WT needs a apcr pen buff to 300 because the AP rounds being 200 and the current apcr being 270 makes them almost pointless also it should be able to go though any tank it meets easy as it's basically a gun with glass armor

I LOVE the new gun for the Panther II.  Love love Love

 

Panther M10 is really fun now too

 

Very sad about my T110E5...I worked for ages to get that tank.
