Hey Dance, fellow IT guy here.
At the company I work for, if we get more than 3 tickets related to "poor connection" or "service not available" we jump on the issue right away. You guys need to be proactive and have a dashboard of the load/networking traffic to your data center from various locations. Customers like myself pay for a service to be provided, that is a lag free game. You guys pay an ISP to provide this service for us, which would involve providing customers lag free gaming. If our expectations are not met, you should be consulting with your ISP to provide a better service. The problem with the "it helps to have actual support tickets" makes us think that you are only going to look at it if it's affecting 1,000 customers and not 100. That's the wrong approach. Even if this was affecting 10 customers, you guys should be able to be proactive and resolve the issue before customers start complaining on a daily basis.
Considering this has been happening for over a week, those affected should receive some sort of compensation. Why? We pay for a service that we are simply not receiving. If the issue is on your ISP's end, then your legal department needs to handle that with your ISP and they need to provide some sort of compensation to you, i.e a fat check.
It took me less than 5 minutes to;
1. Ensure the issue is not on my end.
2. Ensure the issue is not with my ISP.
3. Come to the conclusion that the issue is on WG or their ISP's end.
We don't buy premium to troubleshoot issues that occur. This is why we pay you, to provide us the best service. There needs to be some sort of SLA for issues like this. Also, I'm curious if you can pull a log of online players on the East Server. I'd bet money that the number of players would be lower.
Just my .02 as an IT guy.
Real shame that a Wargaming employee has not responded to this yet. Sure I understand that maybe your not allowed to say anything, but I know for damn sure you are able to state the fact that;
1. There is a networking issue
2. You are working to resolve the issue, however there is no ETA for the fix

Tried a couple games today, same stuff. I peak around building, and tank keep move out further, of course I get shot.
Try pulling back, no response, and I sit getting shot over and over, finally able to get cover.
This really pisses me off as its wasting my premium account away.

It was playable up to 9:00 est time tonight then the connection just dropped right out for me. What really pisses me off is they are not recognizing that it is on them. I sent them the wgc log file that showed their packet loss. I to feel like its time to drop the premium account when it comes around. Maybe we should stop playing until the next patch comes out.

I have been vicious lag spikes lately. shoot at a tank think i missed and 1 sec later it gets hit. Stop on a corner only to roll past and so on. It has been bad to the point I quit playing when it acts up. I have checked my connections and it seems fine on this end

This just came up yesterday and our developers are aware of an issue where the players are experiencing a lot of lag in game specifically on the East server. Once the issue has been properly diagnosed our dev team will release a fix in an upcoming patch.

my connection is usually around 30-40, and now i get spikes of 400+, sometimes 999. controls are unresponsive, bad delays in shots, tank either turns way too much, or goes too far forward. this is getting really annoying.
ive reset modem, called internet provider, and they tested the connection, and sent someone out. its not on my side. i even gotten a new modem. please fix this issue.
