At or about 11:30 Eastern time, this very rotted tree came down in the high winds we are experiencing in Southern Michigan. Scared the wife as she watched it come down as she thought she was dead for it to come crashing into the house.
Though there is a power line that was taken with it, I still have power.  Yet I know sometime today I will lose power as they replace the downed line.  I could still play some tanks but it would be my luck as I have the game of my career, Blip goes the power.  even though I do have it on a battery back up, nevertheless I guess I will watch some tankin' streams.

Make sure you thank the squirrels who steered it away from your home.  Remember, they sacrificed their home to keep yours safe.

In the pacific northwest, we call that a branch...or a sapling.  If you can still drive over it in a decent 4x4, it is not a tree.

What really sucks about this whole event, today was garbage pick up day...  that pink splotch is the curb unit.  good thing that it will be chilly for the next week.
